i really do believe the moment you put a gun in the equation it immediately changes thing. unlike with the car where you can at least react, gunshots kill you before you even hear the sound of them, and this guy has a nice hunting rifle so he's absolutely asking to be turned into swiss cheese, ESPECIALLY if the arctic angels are deployed here, they are not taught the same as cops. soldiers are taught to fire first and ask questions never, because that's not their job. ICE, despite being federal, are still a police force and are taught some de-escalation, and that firearms are their last resort.
