I never said it was an apples to apples comparison. I said their motivations for even being there were, not their action, and not what happened to them. I'm criticizing their
motives.

But I care about what motivates a person to do a deed at least as much as the deed itself. I don't believe that he's there for the loudly proclaimed selfless patriotic reasons that you apparently believe he is there for. I think he's there for
clicks and attention, same as every other asshole on the street with a stream in Minneapolis. He's there to say "Look at me! I'm here fighting the good fight!" just as much as Renee was. I think making a shitty situation worse is a losing battle for everybody.
