Ol' Greer shooting off at the mouth again.

I certainly understand that judges are busy, and this case is not a high priority for them. Refereeing a tard slap fight isn't life or death. That said, it still looks bad to let things become this bloated with crap - it's like some nasty abscess ready to burst from robot spam.
At this case it's bullshit too. It's low priority but it's low effort too. Every one of Russhole's bullshit motions is so patently ridiculous that it could be dismissed in a couple sentences. Just cut and paste a citation from a previous opinion you wrote stating the standards for granting such a motion, say lmao no, sign.

Each one of these things could have been done in less than an hour.
Imagine what a curse it would be to be able to read Russle's mind. It must be such a stinking mess of rage and horniness in there.
I'd rather read the Necronomicon out loud than Russhole's mind, or what passes for a mind.

Really good citation by Mr. Hardin. This seems almost word for word with what happened in our case:
Its breakdown of the bad citations also demonstrates that Greer's retarded theory of "even if it's a bad cite, I still argued the general outline correctly" doesn't work either.
  • "The cited case does not contain the second quotation."
  • "There is a Michigan Supreme Court case on the statute at issue called [X], but it does not stand for the proposition [that he argued for]"
  • "Kaufman discusses objective notice, but it does not stand for the stated proposition." <- LIKE EVERY SINGLE GREER CITE EVER
  • "As noted above, the R&R ignored Stefanski because it does not exist."
  • "Wurtz does not contain the quoted language or any similar statement"
And so on. You could apply one of these to every time Greer believes he cited something relevant, just because his Google search matched a keyword.

Greer will never wrap his head around the idea that citing to alt-alt-O'Bannon, which did contain the single word "futile", does not retroactively make his original claims about the first case any more true.

ChatGreePT shit out a filing!

and a reminder that he did indeed agree to meet....

agreement by tard.png

in Greer's latest filing, he specifically is excluding that response, instead creating a new chain where three days later he responded in the negative. He's trying to muddy the waters here.

Is English your first language, Shitlips?

Mr Hardin is referring to you very clearly proposing a date and time for meet and conferral regarding a transfer.

He is straight retarded. :lossmanjack:

This is so obviously misrepresenting what Hardin said to such a retarded degree that it should be immediately sanctionable. Obviously it won't, but in a sane world it would be.

I doubt this is genuine, I believe it's a fabrication
If it is Hardin will say so shortly. I suspect it’s ai again. No weird word choices or sir or calling Hardin names. And he said good morning and thanks!

Though why he would need ai for a three sentence cut and paste is anyone’s guess.

For the record here is footnote 1:

1 Just yesterday, Mr. Greer decided he wanted to engage in a formal meet and conferral

regarding potential retransfer of this case to Florida or transfer to Ohio. Exhibit C. But as

undersigned counsel was drafting this Opposition, Mr. Greer canceled that meet and

confer. Exhibit A. This follows almost a month of correspondence with Mr. Greer, in

which he has repeatedly claimed he does not understand or needs repeated what

questions undersigned counsel has posed. Exhibit B.
431 was filed on the fifth, Greer's non-consent email is from the sixth. Time travel is back on the menu.
