A federal agent shot and killed a Minneapolis motorist when she allegedly tried to run over law enforcement officers during an immigration crackdown in the city, authorities said Wednesday.

The Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer shot the woman in her vehicle in a residential neighborhood in Minneapolis, Department of Homeland Security spokeswoman Tricia McLaughlin said in a statement.

Video posted online showed the vehicle crashed in a residential neighborhood. The shooting drew throngs of angry protesters to the scene in an area that is the latest target of the Trump administration's immigration crackdown.

Follow live coverage of the shooting from MPR News in Minneapolis.

There was a large presence of federal and local officers, yellow police tape and cars that had been in a crash in the residential neighborhood. Gregory Bovino, a senior U.S. Customs and Border Patrol official who has been the face of crackdowns in Los Angeles, Chicago and elsewhere, was among the group.

“We are aware of a shooting involving federal law enforcement near East 34th Street and Portland Avenue. Please avoid this area,” the city government said on X.

In a scene similar to the Los Angeles and Chicago crackdowns, bystanders didn't hold back in venting their anger, blowing whistles, taunting the federal agents.

“Shame! Shame! Shame!” and “ICE out of Minnesota!” they loudly chanted from behind the police tape, referring to Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

After the shooting, Mayor Jacob Frey said immigration agents were “causing chaos in our city.”

“We are demanding ICE leave the city and state immediately. We stand rock solid with our immigrant and refugee communities," Frey said on social media.

The area where the shooting occurred is a modest neighborhood south of downtown Minneapolis, just a few blocks from some of the oldest immigrant markets in the area and a mile from where George Floyd was killed by police in 2020.

“We’ve been trying to live life as fully as possible in light of the fear and anxiety that we feel,” said the Rev. Hierald Osorto, pastor at St. Paul’s-San Pablo Lutheran Church, which has a predominantly Latino congregation in the area.

The Immigration Defense Network, a coalition of groups serving immigrants in Minnesota, held a training session Tuesday night for about 100 people who are willing to hit the streets to monitor the federal enforcement.

“I feel like I'm an ordinary person, and I have the ability do something so I need to do it,” Mary Moran told KMSP-TV.

The Department of Homeland Security said Tuesday that it had launched an extraordinary immigration enforcement operation, with 2,000 agents and officers expected in the Minneapolis and St. Paul area for a crackdown tied in part to allegations of fraud involving Somali residents.

It just occurred that the lesbian agitators probably planned all along that they were going to quickly drive off at the very last moment. Consider the following:
  • "It will be the same plates when you come talk to us later," the "wife" taunts to Ross, as if the cops will have a reason to search for them later.
  • When the other ICE officer approaches repeatedly ordering "get out of the car", the "wife" turns to start getting into the car.
  • Renee, all smiles, begins moving the car as soon as the ICE over reaching through the open window to unlock and open the car door.
  • The "wife", too slow to get in the car and already have to dodge getting run over herself (abusive lesbians, mirite?), gives up and shouts for Renee to "drive, baby, drive!" without her at the same time that Renee looks down to shift to drive.
Lends even further to why the "wife" would later sob "It's all my fault."
this shouldn't be funny, but goddamn if it isn't fucking hilarious.
Nothing of value was lost here, just a carpet-munching dangerhaired tard. And her carpet-munching dangerhair tarded hip attachment *put her up to it.*

Fucking idiots

Just rewatched one of the videos in the OP did this guy literally do the Reddit soy meme? "YOU DID A MURDER!".

And speaking of laws and crime, the same people who want to abolish the police really don't seem to mind when those same police officers and agents are used against anyone they personally don't like.
I'd like to see the day that these retards start asking help from police when they're the ones being harassed, only to be told that "you all didn't need police so why should we help?"

They're alreayd there, the one or two places where "defund the police" worked are now awash in even more crime than before and they're wondering why "nobody cares".

They'll never draw the connection.

Not in a million years.

  • She reversed, with her wheels turned to her left, putting him in the forward path of her vehicle.
  • She then put the gear in drive, hit the gas, the wheels spinning out on the ice while still pointed toward him.
  • ONLY THEN did he draw his weapon, and only after he pulled his weapon did the wheels cut right.

Anyone who disagrees with those 3 bullet points is either blind, dumb, dishonest, or all three.

Ask anyone stupid enough to mention any of that shit about wheels to stand in front of a vehicle as close as that officer and to answer which direction the wheels are pointed. Anyone who looks down to find out is a grease stain. It's surprising that the officer was able to get out of way at all, let alone draw his weapon and terminate the threat.

There’s a middle ground of thinking that while she was ridiculously fucking stupid, arrogant, trouble-causing narc, who spooked an armed officer with her recklessness… she didn’t deserve to die and it’s sad that she did.

She was a stupid libtard, not evil; in her own mind addled by suicidal empathy, thought she was heroically resisting genocide or something.

But at the same time, the ICE agent was stupid for shooting her and exercised poor judgement of whether it was necessary. It may not have been an illegal shooting, but it didn’t have to happen. I can see why he made the first shot in the immediate panic of almost getting hit by a hostile moving vehicle, and he needs some grace because in real life, it’s difficult to made perfect life or death decisions when you have a split second to think. But again, it has turned out to be unnecessary in hindsight and it’s a shame that it did happen. Also he continued to shoot at her as the vehicle was moving away and no longer a threat.

Overall, it’s a just a waste of life, and a man’s reputation ruined. There’s nothing to celebrate here.
Oh, that guy is just one of those ‘pretending to be retarded’ types who feels super smart manipulating posters by le epic performances because he probably took psych 101 at community college or something. You know the guy who is just smart enough to know he is smart but not enough to do anything with it but go on an internet forum and play games? Yeah that guy.

Nothing he says is honest. Any effort in conversation with him means you are ‘falling for it’.

I am not a police officer but in my line of work I get people like this all the time.
I work in a hospital setting, not unlike our beloved Hollywood Hulk Hogan.

People are always mad at us when we can't like, you know, reverse three straight decades of Marlboro and McDonald's or whatever the fuck.

Just look at the wheels bro

There's that one angle where it's incredibly obvious he got hit and was dragged back for a bit. This new one that just came out has basically taken over the conversation, so everyone's forgotten that one exists. And even then, it's pretty clear the car hit him in this new one too.

I think there are just a lot of people who are willfully ignorant about that specific detail because it makes it hard to argue their case. As you said, everything else - morality, justification, intent, whatever - is up for debate. If the guy was actually hit or not, that isn't. he got hit.
The moral compass of most leftists just spins in circles.

I went ahead and watched all the angles of this. Good was pretty clearly trying to flee the scene but misjudged how long it would take for her car to make the hard right turn she wanted it to and ended up impacting the officer, who panicked and shot her. In the video with the annoying-as-fuck screaming lady, you can see him just standing in front of the car with his gun drawn as it begins to move in his general direction. Then again though, that view isn’t really clear, so maybe he saw something different. I guess it’ll be up to the courts to decide whether he acted as self-defense.

(Bring on the dumb reacts lol)

Welcome to communism. This is the society these retards wanted now they should try to survive in a lawless land and they'll always blame others.

People tell me I shouldn't laugh at the misery/deaths of others but people like this "Christian" carpet licker should have known what's coming to her when she decided to fuck around with people who happen to have guns.

There is a reason that the legal standard is to be "in fear", rather than the legal standard being "it was necessary".

In life and death situations, it is an unreasonable standard to expect people to be able to judge what exactly is necessary and what isn't. The people who wrote the law knew it was an unreasonable standard, and so do you and I. So why think he exercised poor judgement, when we know that expecting accurate judgement in such situations not reasonable?

Rather than saying he exercised poor judgement, it would be more fair to say he exercised average judgement (poor judgement being acknowledged as the average in such life and death situations).

Sick of hearing this "middle ground", "both sides" horseshit. You're gonna perforate a colon on that fence. A retard has a retarded nigger moment, defies police orders, and hits him with her car. He has no reason to think she'll stop knowing that these retarded niggers have been out for blood and shot at them before, and so he shoots her. A man feels his life is in imminent peril and has less than a quarter of a second to act; there is no rationalizing himself out of it, just acting on previously demonstrated behaviors. One of those being hit by another one of these niggers' cars.

His reputation isn't ruined, not to anybody who matters. He's a damn hero for removing a psychopath from society who would think to assault somebody with a 2.5 ton SUV for doing his fucking job, one she disagrees with for political reasons. She was a political extremist. WE haven't been going to THEIR rallies and hosing THEM, so get the fuck out of here with this "both sides" bullshit.

Food for thought but any one of us here on this forum is a valid target for them; left, right, or otherwise, for no other reason than having an account here. You would be turned into a hood ornament by your Own Team for tiktok clout. Think on that.

"Erm, are you telling me he didn't stop time and consider his next course of action for at least an hour before firing?"
