China
In February 2017, China banned all imports of coal from North Korea for the rest of the year. China also banned exports of some petroleum products and imports of textiles from North Korea in line with United Nations resolutions.
The two nations have territorial disputes as well. It's mainly about where the borders are drawn.
Before any westoid cries about expansionism, it's again really complicated. China's bang on in the middle of the largest continent neighbouring numerous countries with 3000+ years of legitimate history (or 5000 claimed by Han Chinese). Of course there's going to be numerous disputes with its neighbours, a lot of it depends on how historical text/records are interpreted. For China, obviously they'll favour themselves. It doesn't help that China's surrounded by USA vassal states and military bases, often giving them a legitimate sovereign safety argument to present to their citizens. Oh and yes, China is definitely expansionist and practices soft imperialism, neither which I am a fan of.
There's this shit as well:

A new sign of discord has emerged in the ties between North Korea and China over Beijing's plan to install telecommunication facilities near its border, which analysts say could be a way for China to exert its influence over its southern neighbor.
Pyongyang has apparently objected to China's plan to install the facilities, which could broadcast FM radio signals into North Korea.
Pyongyang sent an email complaining about the plan to the U.N. telecoms agency, the International Telecommunication Union, or ITU, saying Beijing failed to consult it about the plan in advance, which constitutes an "infringement" of an ITU guideline, Kyodo News reported this week.
Within China, the optics of North Korea is fucked as well.
Ask the older generation, they don't like North Korea because the country claims they fended off the imperial Japanese and won against the Americans in the civil war, when it's really the Russians and China doing all the heavy lifting. They also see North Korea as an example of failed communism. A Soviet welfare nigger.
Ask the younger ones, they detest North Korea for nuclear weapons tests, often awfully close to the Chinese border. I think this has always been intentional. It's North Korea saying "yeah we know your PLA can pillage Pyongyang in 12 hours but we can wipe out a few of your cities, hah!"
Some would mock their government for photoshopping shit and call North Korea's unhinged "Juche" as "pig trotters-ism" because the Kims are FAT and Juche translates to “主題 zhuti” which is just a vowel off from "豬蹄 zhuti".
