I'm pretty fucking sure the first thing you learn in boot camp is about disobeying ilegal and imoral orders, you don't need a performative video of senators implying the sitting secretary of defense orders are ilegal without proof or due process and then demanding troops disobey it.

I bet this nigger would crucify any drone pilot refusing to obey Obama's orders claiming they weren't legal or moral.

I can't find the pic anywhere but there's a famous old meme showing Hitler perched above and speechifying for a crowd of thousands, a wholly open target for anyone who wants to snipe him—next to a picture of Merkel looking terrified, cowering in a bulletproof limo on a closed road, hiding from the eyes (let alone the bullets) of the people.

Fascism is one of the few political systems people actually like. Its leaders know it and make a show of being safe (early in their careers, at least). Our Democracy™ is total domestic repression, and all the "representatives" of the people fear and hate them psychotically.

America isn't quite democratized yet, so the occasional assassination/attempt is still possible. That can be read as a hopeful sign. "You can just do things," as they say.

Personally I want every one of our "elites" to so fear for their lives that they never dare to appear in public under any circumstance, but that wouldn't be a sign of social health. "We" can't win, so I just want their lives to be worse, same as they want for us.

Holy fuck. TDS really is a horrendous affliction. Kelly could’ve remained an American hero that people thought was cool af. But this is how he’s going down. It’s sad. But I suppose it’ll thin out the herd.

Edit: @Smashed & Slamed just invite a Chinese diplomat over to your place and buy it direct. That may work.

Trump is funny in a way..
He always does juuuust enough to keep you coping, just when you think he has chickened out for good he does something crazy and you think to yourself "ok now maybe this guy is getting serious". But he does tend to disappoint in that regard. Maybe he does not want to be remembered as the last man who could have saved America but didn't. Maybe this time he will cross the Rubicon
Experience says he won't though. I really hope he will. This sick world needs its medicine soon

Oh by the way, I found something really interesting today. Here is a presentation about the relationship between Venezuela and American elections. This guy is not the most reliable source but this should still open your mind to the possibilities at least.
