Ah, I'm not trying to be a negative Nancy here but we executed Saddam, sure. Not saying we wouldn't or couldn't.

But if we were gonna we wouldn't drag his soon-to-be-corpse to SDNY. I'm just saying. It doesn't work quite that way inside the bounds of NY borders. Dual federalism and whatnot. At the very least I wouldn't expect a purely Federal/military case as opposed to one filed by, again, SDNY.

The root of the problem is that niggers are violent and stupid. They always have been, and always will be. Every type of government has been tried, and they are always far more prone to crime than the non-niggers in their society. Giving them endless free money doesn't solve it, cutting gibs doesn't solve it, being raised rich doesn't solve it. Large police presence, no police at all, hot weather, cold weather, red states, blue states, it's all irrelevant. Nothing will ever change the fact that niggers aren't as smart or civil as other races. Simple as that.
