He's not like close to maliciously evil, but as FPTMIU says, he sort of created a bastion of terribleness. I remember during all the bot bs, I had to play on horrific furry servers or the Legendary Skial Server's just to have random crits, because the only other servers were the awful ass uncletopia ones (they aren't bad if you hate fun). His servers are run by a million Han's for any reference. so a bunch of sterile worthless servers, maybe useful if you wanna be competitive in a game with no real competitive mode. Not great to have actual fun in, and lots of toe stepping, I think he massively contributed to the game failing, besides it's age and non-maintenance.

Back when I played Highlander I played his team multiple times including maybe five or six scrims. He tried to play battle engineer at horrible times and kept trying to set up in goofy off meta positions. As demo it was very fun to remind him that engineer is a niche class with a strict no fun allowed play style when your opponents have brains. We never lost to his team.
