baldie going through this with his audience is nice to get more eyes on stuff. But it doesn't help that the moment I go and see what he's talking about live, and I'm met with a Spick Fuentes video playing while he's telling chat they shouldn't have voted for Trump and shouldn't vote(at all) in elections unless things change drastically(vague demand, no realistic expectations). Which is rich considering he admits he didn't vote in 2016/2020/2024.

I understand the sentiment, but Christ, encouraging everyone to not vote and trying to push accelerationism is such a retarded take. It also comes across as performative because he also claps like a seal anytime Trump is doing anything. He sounds like one of the resident "NOW NOW NOW" "Want a red house? Better paint it more blue!" Posters.

Done reading the deposition, not worth the 255 pages.
The DOJ wanted to drop the electors case ("stop and go progress") but someone reached out to Jack Smith and they handed the counsel over to him. Jack Smith started collecting witnesses and attempting to establish a timeline with no-content phone logs which only contain when a person called another person. He tried to get phone numbers of Senators but AT&T promptly told him to fuck off because Smith didn't notify the Senator(s) nor AT&T. It also would've been thrown out in D.C. courts if AT&T had still complied because of no notice.

His case completely relied on what Trump said about fraud. It was so bad that the AG had to remind Smith that the First Amendment existed and that the case would not be prosecutable if that was his focus. His ENTIRE ELECTORS CASE was that Trump falsely claimed fraud in certain states.

Personal summary: The investigation was going to be dropped in 2022 until Smith was appointed. They had a case and a brief (court wanted 45 pages, they wrote 165) and decided to publicly release all of their information against Trump 1 month out from the election which was plenty of time to sway the results. He believes Trump is guilty (and very clearly stated it in the beginning of this deposition) and presented all information in that manner in a way which he admitted was different from previous special prosecutors. The problem is that his evidence is lacking when the core of his case is that "Trump said something" and Smith is interpreting those statements as fraud. The question is what's being defrauded here when the election was given to Biden.
Also a little gem (heavily paraphrased): This was not a case without witnesses. In fact we had "so many witnesses" we didn't know what to do. That is why we could not produce a prosecutable case against Trump before he was reelected.

I'd prefer stepppe people over sandniggers and somalians. The worst the steppeniggers ever did was create Russia, which honestly is pretty bad but throat singing is kino. Bulbheads and mohammedans have never done a single beneficial thing ever. Even the fuckin Haitians have Reggie Fils-Amie.

If people cry about human rights violations, ignore them. If they try sending more invaders, blow them up, too.
