IIRC during his book tour he mentioned that he got an infection in one of the cheek implants after his FFS. All that was done back in 2022, so who knows what little tune ups or tweaks he’s had since then. (Besides his custom bolt ons.)

Does this mean that if accidentally blinks his head on something hard, his skull could splinter, causing the bone to pierce his brain, and make him dead???

He had them all veneered too. At 29. If he makes it to 70, he'll have had them pried off and redone 4x.

Our boy makes a lot of optimistic and irreversible commitments to his future stardom.

And yet, judging by that first photo he still hasn't gotten full face electrolysis.
 
Despite being such an effeminate faggot and the surgeries, he truly has a very rough manly face. Like, you have hot masculine guys like (prime) Tom Cruise, Cavill, or Hemsworth who still have some softness in their features like the eyes or the smiles. But Dylan here is just harsh to watch because his face is aggressive. This is a terrible surgery job.

You're talking about his teeth, but I think you hit the nail on the head for him overall. It's hard to pin down why Dylan is so viscerally unpleasant to watch; I want to call him cartoonish but even in the old days of silent black and white cartoons neither the male nor female characters really match his specific brand of ridiculous gestures.

"Like a ventriloquist dummy" is closer to describing him. He always insists on opening his whole mouth when he emotes, he flails and shakes around, he moves his whole body when just his head would suffice. He's like one of those got a human body and hasn't figured out humans don't move like that yet.

He also looks more like Slappy than he looks like a real woman.

Dylan is significantly more creepy and less subtle than any dummy I've seen, though. The quest to accurately describe the horror that is Dylan continues...
