Does he think anyone believes he actually showed his wife and their children the family dog's frozen corpse? How'd he even get it out of the body bag without thawing it? Is that the implication here? He thawed out Sunny's corpse and presented it to the children as proof of death? Why can't he say he just doesn't like streaming for his current audience? What compels him to lie to this extent?

I have a friend who was interning at the dog pound for his vet's license (a long time ago), and he said that when they got new employees, interns, and volunteers, they'd do a little shit test on them to weed out the ones who couldn't go the distance.

Unless your friend was suggesting this Machiavellian figure was literally cutting open sealed and requisitioned body bags and peeling the dead animals off the plastic they're adhered to he's full of shit. You can't just pull them out of a body bag and present them. Go to your freezer and try prying open a pack of frozen chicken and you'll see what I mean.

Also, anyone getting into animal welfare/medicine is generally prepared to see dead animals. It's not some taboo subject. Your local clinic's vet techs are processing your pet's body out in the open in their treatment or processing area. Nobody is spooked by it. Everyone is mature about it.

Carting a week-old dog corpse around in the Rustang wouldn't even be the most retarded thing Nick has done, but I still don't believe he did.

That's the shit test for his followers. If they don't question it and give him condolences, they're free to keep sending him money and stay in a parasocial relationship with him.

I actually think under ideal circumstances it would be good for the kids to see the dead dog, your brain doesn't really "know" somebody died until you see the body.

They probably shouldn't see a week-old pupsickle though.

I do not know what the culture around pets is like in the Rekieta household. However, having children see their pet’s motionless body without any prior preparation could, I imagine, be deeply disturbing to them.
Again, I have never heard of somebody having a pet die, waiting several days, and then bringing the body back from the vet so that kids could see the dead body.

This smells like bullshit.

But it's Nick, so when does it NOT, really?

Nick tries to make himself sound human, but he can never pull it off. It's like observing a space alien who is unfamiliar with human beings.

It's a bad sign when we're saying "that story is nonsensical and psychotic, but I wouldn't put it past him..."

If he hurries he can still make it before they close!

It seems like there's a lot of confusion over the timeline of Sunny's passing. To me it reads pretty clearly that Sunny died on the 26th at the tail end of their vacation, meaning the trip's mood and the memories associated with it were ruined because they learned they'd be returning home without their dog. I don't think the dog died when they left over a week ago (iirc) and let his wife and kids marinate in their misery. If that were the case it'd be more in line for him to not tell them so they wouldn't hamper the vacation vibes he worked so hard for.

I'm not listening to this faggot but he looked like he was pretending to be somber so I'm guessi\ng he's talking about Sunni.
Looks more like disgust to me.
I thought he was missing a tooth at first but after looking more closely, it's just a snaggle tooth that's way out of line with the others.

I went back and unmuted to see if he gave any more specifics but all I could get was "toxic substances" again, as well as pretending to be angry when he said "someone who has watched her before". He said he was late today because he went to the vet to get the dog's body to bring it back to the house so the kids could say goodbye, then taking the body back to the vet for cremation. Hence why he was late.
That's dumb af. So, he's claiming that he drove to the vet; picked up the corpse of his dead dog; showed his kids, then drove it back? And that this had to be done just before the stream?

There's no reason why he couldn't have taken his kids to the vet to say goodbye.

I've never heard of anyone doing anything like this before - especially with an animal that has been dead for days!

Plus what was the urgency that this had to be done right before the stream?
Are they charging him by the hour to keep her in storage?

He lies so easily. He's just late, as usual, and this is an easy excuse that his chat are unlikely to call him out on.

When my doggo friend died earlier this year, the veterinarian explicitly advised me not to see his body while it was kept in the refrigerated container. The refrigeration process used to preserve his body altered his appearance in ways that an owner would likely find upsetting. I only saw him after the cremation team had prepared his body.

It was deeply sad, and they did such careful work that, even while looking at his lifeless body, I could almost imagine him barking in response to my presence and wagging his tail as he always did.
When we had to put down our last dog a mobile vet came out to do it as well as a family friend with a mini-excavator to help us bury him. He was surrounded by friends on a nice cloudless day when he passed and we were able to give him a dignified burial just after. The only reason I didn't cry like everyone else as I felt the life go out of him was because I figured I should be strong for them. The guy who brought out his excavator cried the most.

I feel like doing it that way really helped with closure. There was ritual and kindness and the poor boy was not an hour between death and burial.

Because of his mental illness and immaturity he thrives on telling stupid lies then telling himself he got away with something because he is so smart and his listeners are so stupid. All unnecessary.
And he can't fake human let alone normal.
Do a flip Rekieta.
