This is going to be one of those cases where both sides are so unlikable the criminal justice system will fuck around for a year making sure the dead guy has no powerful friends and then quietly let the case die while the dead guy's next of kin sues for 5 years to collect from Clav before he OD's on meth.

No, Clav is doing time if that kid died. There is no way he walks away from that without some jail time.

Edit: For context, im not sure if he was banned for this or threats. He was also making vague threats about "wanting to kill them all" referring to the group pressing him I suppose.

Imagine being such a fucking prick your family kicks you out of the house, you have to stream all night to make money and keep influence to the point you're clubbing on Christmas Eve, and you get into a fight then run someone the fuck over ON CHRISMAS EVE, THUS getting your channel banned and your income tanked. And he's right here, you don't even have to imagine it. This will go GREAT with his DUI and other criminal charges.


Clav better prepare himself: he is coming closer and closer to a permanent stop. This could be from a deadly fight/dose, a court battle/enjoying prison, or being forced to be a drug dealer and not an influencer anymore. I'm wondering if he rather die than face the possibility of growing uggo without his pretty juice, make up, and roids in prison. Or rather die than never be an influencer again.

Hopefully, that retard he hit didn't die. A lolsuit is the best outcome for everyone.

Do we know which county Braden is in at the moment? I don't know if he's in his current one or if he traveled to another to club. Florida has public arrest records so we can see how fast he gets arrested. Think he's on the run now or is he sitting at home malding his stream is down?
