They’re probably still talking about Epstein is some kind of secret agent working for the CIA or Mossad (most likely Mossad) and how he was murdered by an elite network of deadly assassins who made it look like a suicide. Instead of realizing the potential reality that Epstein used his riches to get close to celebrities because of a need to stroke his ego and show off how cool he is and is probably one of those rich people who needs to show off displays of his wealth that he bought and show how he can go through with whatever stupid idea comes into his head because….he can.

I can see it now. Bibi loses next year, israel has a new PM who goes full sweeping on the boomer pedos and it causes a 'day of the pillow' style firing of them in the US. Vance gets to be in power and try and salvage things, Newsom fails in the primary and whatever ethnic woman ends up winning the primary ends up losing the election because all of the debates are sponsored by X and Tiktok and they never get a chance.

I’d say the biggest issue is that a lot of Democrats since 2016 seem to really be obsessed with the most super progressive ideas that only seem to be liked in their little bubble in pursuit of some kind of progressive utopia (hate speech laws, championing identity and identity politics, unlimited immigration and open borders, being REALLY hostile towards Israel, trans people allowed to go wherever they want and trans people allowed to play whatever sports they want). It happened with Hillary, probably happened with a lot of the cabinet picks in the Biden Administration, Kamala’s 2024 campaign, and probably still going on with Gavin Newsom trying to paint himself as some kind of Anti Trump mirror.

As a result, we get /pol/ going off to find the first white person on the right who isn’t openly hostile to their spicy takes before they get surprised and start wondering why all the immigrants aren’t being rounded up and set adrift in the ocean to die.

Only senior Trump cabinet members have touted that freedom of speech doesn’t mean freedom from consequences. Also a reminder that Trump was the first president to add reparations as a campaign strategy in 2020; to date no Democratic presidential candidate has proposed that. A lot of what you have there are things that weren’t actually discussed by either Obama, Biden, or Harris…or were implemented by Republicans, like open borders. Also lol at being hostile to Israel.

Having said that, they did dwell inside of their beltway bubble for 2024. Getting Liz Cheney to speak at a Harris rally I’m sure titillated the beltway but had zero impact as neither side gives a shit about the Cheneys. Right now the “kitchen table” Democrats are wiping the floor with Republicans who just want to rehash culture war bullshit (because it’s all they have). Will the Democrats learn their lesson? I guess we’ll find out soon enough. People are going to remember the lean Christmas, over a million jobs lost, and the skyrocketing cost of health care and food.

Any time someone is interviewed about Bari, they default to the term “shameless.” She joined NYT just to get herself canceled. And when it didn’t work, she quit and claimed she’d been canceled anyway.

I remember after Obama first won there was a mass short circuiting around the country. People legit thought a Halfrican getting into office would be the death of America. Then in 2016, a femoid thought she had a chance at winning the White House and that was too much for them. These people would rather see the country burn to the ground than let the status quo be lost again. Imagine the meltdown if Mamdani ran for president.
