I'm reminded of when China took measures to forcibly disband the aristocracy and have them live among the common stock. I don't know much about Chinese society, but we do know (based on things like twin studies) that IQ is pretty heritable. Probably at least 40% heritable, but probably not more than 80% heritable.

If there was any kind of merit justification for why people ascended to the Chinese nobility to begin with, its value certainly could be passed down.

IQ is surprisingly strongly correlated with basically anything good you want in a (classically) liberal society. Like all the normal explanations for criminality and shitty behavior "poor socioeconomic background" "child abuse" "no father in the house", they all correlate with shitty behavior but none as strongly as IQ. And often those things are influenced by IQ or inherited IQ themselves.

Really fascinating stuff.

I guess my point was that we shouldn't be wasting time with proxies for IQ. Just test IQ itself (if it wasn't illegal).

There's even interesting data about how if you spend a bit more time hunting for candidates for your business and you get someone with, say, 10 more IQ points, that value can be drilled down to a dollar value.

Also frankly, the concept that we're all equally capable has always been fucking stupid and it's bizarre how taboo it is to point out that that's not true. Like fuck's sake, dogs are all one species and clearly not all dogs are the same.

A successful society should prioritize sticking their most capable members in positions where they can deliver the most value while providing fulfilling roles for the dumbdumbs to contribute to society without being unhappy or a drain on everyone else.

There should be a moratorium on teaching words like eugenics and colonialism to dipshit college students. If they want to gripe about 18th century nonsense, make them invest the effort to research it themselves.
