I know, my point was just that Greer never mentioned him in this case until today. Seems to me if the DJ's bullshit lawsuit was drowning out the news cycle and keeping your book from getting sold, that reduces the alleged liability for Kiwi Farms, a website.

even though she never met Plaintiff
There are an awful lot of people I have never met yet I am fully persuaded they are dangerous, because of the things they say and/or do that I have seen and heard for myself. Try again tomorrow, Dipshitforlips.

>judge rules on 1 thing
>greer files 10 new things
>hardin files 10 new things
>repeat
how is this case ever supposed to end? the amount of unresolved motions that are awaiting an answer form the court keeps growing and growing and growing, discovery is stayed/postponed indefinitely, and nobody involved in the case seems to be interested in progressing towards a trial.
at this rate the case will only end when greer dies of old age
Case dismissed for X reason. All other motions dismissed as moot.

Come on judge. You know you want too.

Does not this entire argument fall apart if the exhibit of the full book is filed under seal? Then Null and Hardin can see it, the judge can see it, and it is on the record, but random fagots can't use PACER to deliberately avoid paying Greee for a copy.
Everyone in the world has been able to download it freely from that Google Drive for years, and despite the fact that Google uniformly honors takedowns, he's never even attempted to have it taken down.

A one page DMCA notification over five years ago would have had it taken down in days if not hours.

NO caselaw cited in ANY of today's filings.
You can't get sanctioned for the AI's hallucinatory citations if you simply delete all the citations and hope the judge doesn't notice there is literally nothing to back up what you're saying. Greer is two steps ahead.

Well that only matters if this is a copyright case.

The time traveller fears the reality bender.
You think your control of time gives you power over us? Time itself still exists bound in the reality of the universe and its constant immutable laws Mister Greer. The Kiwifarms transcends such pedestrian concepts of four dimensional space. You are fighting with autistic savants who play 8 dimensional backgammon that your pathetic little brain assumes is 4d chess.

I know I'm the greater fool for arguing against GreeePT as if it said something meaningful, but why not. ECF 419:

Plaintiff cited Chapter 1 of his book for a narrow purpose: to explain why the book was written.

Interesting claim. Let's see what GreeePT said 4 filings earlier, in large font:

If you are refuting the Defense's characterization of the book, and you only provide 1 chapter, that seems like a textbook opening for them to claim the rest of the book provides context as to its character.

Maybe I'm being nitpicky about style, but when Exhibit B is physically cited, it doesn't seem to be narrowly confined to why the book was written.

Either that's an exhibit citation to refute characterization, or to show... something... about the Defendants "use of the work". Either way, considering how Hardin is suggesting the book was "used" by the public, the rest of the book is important to that analysis.

(Obviously Greer would claim that it was intended to illustrate how "the work was written to clear Plaintiff's name". But GreeePT did not see fit to cite it 2 sentences earlier, and Greer was too lazy to move it. Still, the rest of the paragraph gives Hardin enough of an opening for the completeness rule.)

I like how be went from filing motions for reconsiderations of reconsiderations of reconsiderations to filling motions for oppositions of oppositions of oppositions.

You and I both know that, the court doesn't necessarily. I am not a law fag, so could be retardedly wrong here, but to me, the stronger argument is pointing out to the court that it has the powers to prevent the very harm that Greee claims will befall him if the rest of the book were to enter the record. Then it doesn't look like Null and Hardin are trying to sneakily get the whole book broadly accessible as Greee claims, but merely focused on making sure all evidential rules are followed, with all Is dotted and Ts crossed.

I suppose both arguments together might be stronger.

if null gets to see it cant be AEO.
I said nothing about Attorney's Eyes Only or the Standard Protective Order.

Does not the court have the ability to declare certain documents sealed so only the court and those directly party to the proceedings (plaintiff and defense and their counsel, the jurors, and the judge) have access them, because some harm or abuse is likely to come otherwise?

I'm having a hard time staying focused on the pseudo-arguments in Russle Greee's filings because the relentless flood of GPTisms is distracting me :(

Greer is that old chestnut about needing financial help.

Rent: $800
Car: $400
Hookers: $14000
Food: $100
Moving expenses: $500

I definitely need to file IFP yer honner.

Please don’t leave us hanging, judges, let’s unseal that IFP application and see how it lines up to known spending habits.

Is the link to the Google drive already in the docket somewhere? If so, can't Hardin just point to that and say "it's already publicly available, Greer didn't want it removed from Google or he would have asked, so there's no harm in publishing it here, too"?

That's funny. I just did a search in Plaintiff's First Amended Complaint (ECF 209, attachment 1) and I see no results at all for things like "DJ" or "Colorado" that reference this guy. Nor do I see any such reference in the original complaint at ECF 3. You have explicitly blamed Defendants up until today for your failure to successfully make money off your stupid little book, but now all of a sudden it's this DJ's fault too?

NO caselaw cited in ANY of today's filings. What on earth has happened to our intrepid drooler?
Ok so it wasn't Kiwifarms that made his book fail it was actually that he published it when Taylor was suing some guy??? thank you for admitting that Greee!
