The reason he is using this format is because he's copying what Hardin does. Hardin has filed two motions with sworn affidavits like this (from Natalie Banks and more recently himself) swearing the truth of what they were alleging in attached motions.

He's already fought hard to avoid showing receipts, transfers, text messages, or the IFP application itself, in a way that indicates something to hide.

You can find it in ECF 219, Exhibit H, page 50, which is the "Appellant's Reply Brief" in the 10th Circuit case. It just so happens to be one of the very few "litigation history" files that Greer VOLUNTARILY emailed to Hardin.
