If you add in what her company actually does, which as others have pointed out is almost always a grift, it paints an even worse picture. I can believe she's been sexually harassed by assholes, but you aren't going to attract actual tech executives at a tech conference for legitimate professionals if you're running a business generally seen as sketchy.

She  thinks that she's a real millionaire who can use her financial heft to pull any partner who she wants. The problem being that only works if you are, in fact, a successful administrator of a company that isn't doomed to failure by its very nature.

Some of these are very specific (namely IQ and height) but a lot of them also just read like wanting someone who has their shit together. Such as knowing how to cook/clean and how to solve a quadratic equation (Which admittedly I forgot). The "does everything I want" seems like a joke and the bit about giving thoughtful gifts and taking care could be mutual. If she had framed it like that and removed the IQ thing and maybe some other points (I have no idea what "dark triad light" means) it would have probably been less controversial.

But I don't understand, if she seemingly doesn't care whether he goes to the gym or just has a 21-23 bmi why not just find some tall geeky guy who knows basic grooming? That guys probably autistic too so they could get along.

This is also the first time I've ever seen a woman give a shit about a man eating meat, usually it's terminally online men talking about soyboys.

Not really. The "does everything I say" seems like a joke. Aside from the IQ thing this largely just "tall guy who is not fat". She most notably did not describe the guy as being handsome, so she might actually date her "looks equlivant" from the OP. Anyone above the age of 20 who seriously uses terms like "chad" or "soyjack" when talking about real life human relationships should be put down.
