So many pooner stories go exactly like this, it's absolutely mental.I'm an 18 year old ftm in college and I recently joined a fraternity...
Naturally my brothers have a habit of misgendering me. It sucks because college was supposed to be a fresh start. I went to an all-girls school for middle and high school while I was mostly closeted. I hoped college would be the place where I could be stealth and present myself how I wanted...
I don't know what to do.
> pooner is going to start a new job/go to university/transfer to a new school/move to a new town, and confidently decides that she's going to go stealth
> assumes with absolute certainty that because none of the people in the new place have the foreknowledge that she is female, they will all unquestioningly accept that she's a guy
> turns out that other human beings have functioning eyes and brains, and therefore immediately identify her as female
> pooner is shocked to the core and absolutely baffled ("how could they have known?!")
> "I don't know what to do. "
Their stories so often end with this helpless refrain: "I don't know what to do." Why do they NEVER have a contingency plan? They NEVER seem to even consider the possibility that other human beings are autonomous individuals with their own minds and decision-making abilities, so their ridiculous plan might not work out, and then they're totally stumped. What causes this? Is it autism or something else?
