IS this your opionion to Herr Generel? I will abide by your ruling

I feel like I can very easily defend how our civllian heavy shipping industry is inherently a political matter as its regulated by countless bureaucratic and elected bodys. I get its not just a trump truth social post or a boomer political comic but can we not act like these massive sectors of our country and economy arent inherently political?
I like you as a community character but honestly dude, you don't seem like you're alright these days. A mod who has the ability to ban you is telling you that people are complaining about your behavior and your response here is a total non sequitur full of typos. Can you not just chill? Have some laughs.

i imagine that will be up to the the individual hiring firm. what this is doing is removing restrictions on the ways that people can sue for 'disadvantage'.

prior to this, after 1973, if you felt a practice disadvantaged your minority group, even if it wasn't intended to be racist, you could still file a case for civil rights violations. this makes it so that is not the case, and you have to have some kind of evidence of intentional bias or discrimination to bring forward a case of discrimination.
Hopefully they abolish that then. There should be plenty of blacks that can do the job now on their own merit, and the rest can either rot or get a job at their merit level.

What is the likelihood of its abolishment

absolutely INSANE statement on how DEI only benefits white women.

the only thing i can find that says this is a dead news page that no longer exists, but an archive does. entirely unsurprising, it's an 8 paragraph-long article that cites exactly no data. also, the font strangely changes in the middle for what appears to be no reason. remember, if you've ever seen a nigger with no idea how to do the job get hired, it wasn't DEI, that only helps white women.

i was curious if this was an african or something and i went into the about section.

wouldja look at that! a snow ape!

federally? fairly high at least during trump's presidency, the rule for disparate-impact was removed from placement today and they will be urging all agencies not to use it in the future. i will be interested to see if this results in a challenge to griggs v duke power under the new rule.

Honestly, it's like someone at a buffet calling you fat. When people here are genuinely concerned, it's not a bad thing to take a couple weeks off then come back and lurk a little before jumping back in. I got into a hole where I had a chapbook's worth of Patrick S. Tomlinson haikus I was writing before I realized I needed to take some time off. This'll all be here when you're back.

No, child, you did not
Fart in my wife's vagina.
Your life is over

Two brothers from New Jersey have been arrested for threatening to TORTURE and KILL DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin.

They also reportedly threatened to "Shoot ICE agents on sight."

Emilio Roman-Flores and Ricardo Antonio Roman-Flores were both charged with Conspiracy Terroristic Threats.

Emilio received additional charges for unlawful possession of an assault weapon, possession of prohibited weapons, criminal coercion, threats, and cyber harassment.

"That kid from Stranger Things" has become its own subcategory for casting, especially if the project is centered around '80s nostalgia.
I need to have something playing in the background while I write to get me to concentrate so I just went through them all again. 1 was great, a good mystery, 4 was good again so it lulled me into watching 5, which has been terrible. It started with cute kids trying to find their missing friend to now it being grownup ugly people being gay or getting all of their limbs snapped in half, it hits a lot differently.

And honestly with 4, anything where Brett Gelman is the best part doesn't have too much to recommend it.

Didn't someone look her up and find her house on google street view was covered in BLM shit or something? I don't trust a ho.

Ten years ago, the Dakota Access Pipeline was attacked by Greenpeace-backed protestors who attacked workers and sabotaged the pipeline, causing $7.5 billion in damages. The company behind the pipeline, Energy Transfer, sued Greenpeace. Back in March 2025, a jury found Greenpeace liable and awarded $667 million. The judge subsequently reduced it to $345 million.

This is a fairly major problem for Greenpeace. As of 2023 their USA branch only has $4.3 million in assets, and as of 2024 the organization as a whole has only 90 million Euros in assets (or about $103 million). What's an eco-terrorist to do when faced with the consequences of their actions? Why, flee to Holland and appeal to the Dutch courts! Greenpeace is a Dutch group, so they think the Dutch will protect them under Eurocuck law. Perhaps it will protect the wider organization as a whole, but the American branch is likely finished.

(No archives because every archive website I try refuses to work. Sorry!)
I think that warrants turning the dutch courts into rubble if they are that retarded.
