I just don’t understand how she is so fucking stupid? Every hospital has an escalation process for patients. In my local one, the posters are plastered on every visible surface. Who to talk to if you or your family have concerns about your care, with two further escalation points if the first person you ask can’t help you. They take patient satisfaction scores seriously. But no, she just wants to complain on Twitter because she knows anyone able to actually be in a room with her would know straight away how utterly full of shit she is. So that’s why all she does is complain but she never actually does anything actionable about it.

Like if I was having some serious issue I would write my doctor saying “for the last X period of time Y things are happening and I do Z to try to control them” (eg for the last three weeks I’ve been getting a headache every day around 2pm with nausea and take ibuprofen but it don’t help that much)

If you send your doctor a mychart msg that’s just subj: “bruh I can’t even” and body reads “go faster” that feels like doctor abuse cause they have to follow up

Yeah like the water comes from some very scenic reservoirs in Westchester Country that look like they belong in bottled water ads, like Katonah or Pound Ridge has some really idyllic reservoirs and that’s where the NYC tap water is coming from. Bottled water in NYC is more about convenience, you can just keep refilling a disposable bottle if you’re worried about hanging onto a pricier hydroflask style canteen.

Ok, so this person has been diagnosed with metastatic rectal cancer and it has spread everywhere. Lungs, liver, bowels. She is fucked. But she is lucky enough to get treated at Memorial Sloan, so she’s in the best hands.

For no apparent reason, she decides to leave her iPhone on during a colonoscopy so that she can remember what mean things the doctors say to her. Of course, they discuss her status. It’s a bit hard to pretend the person in front of you is a woman when you are sticking a scope up their ass right near their sweaty dick and balls.

She has been marked F on the hospital record and they wasted time giving her a pregnancy test. They ring the LGBT HR hotline and discuss whether they can or should change the record to M. Eventually it seems they do change the record.

After surgery, she listens to all of this, and complains vehemently to any one that will listen. THE OPPRESSION! Someone called her SIR! And I gotta say, pick your battles love. Stage 4 metastatic cancer? I’d be sending all my energy to fighting that, personally.

But no, despite all the oppression, during this time she also manages to get not one, not two, but more than six cosmetic procedures to make her look more feminine. Really seems crippled by hardship.

And she is still alive and well enough to harp on to the NYT with her sob story. So, even if the doctors couldn’t understand why someone would be trans, they still saved her fucking life. Ungrateful bitch.

I’d just like to see what happens with the two of them in one room.

I think the most surprising part about Vicky, given her parents/ genetics, life experience and expensive private schools is how incredibly stupid she has proved to be. The girl had to overcome incredible odds to end up this retarded.

Given the wealth level of her parents she could have easily achieved ppl going along with her poor invalid goals with just a smidgen of common sense and low cunning. Instead she’s just patronized with eye rolls because she’s mentally ill. The fact she has never adapted her lies and has to self Dx with every illness she reads about (or sees other munchies flexing) demonstrates she is incredibly stupid. Not just stupid, but has the emotional intelligence of a small child who thinks tantrum throwing and holding her breath is the best way to get others to give in to her demands.

Munchies tend to be low IQ but plenty of them still get people to buy into and enable their antics because they have manipulation skills and low cunning, but not Vicky. Vicky can’t fool anyone. Only the wheelchair prop gets her mileage because the general public assumes anyone in one must be very disabled. The only people playing along with Vicky are people that are paid, by her parents or insurance, to do so. This is why she sits alone and friendless in her room, her only social life are trips to the ER and hospital stays.

She is both incredibly stupid and lacks any and all charisma or social intelligence.
