Can't wait for the case to finally be dropped and then No Dong Fong hires Russ a lawyer to appeal again, mainly because Erriot knows that after this case is done he's getting the entire war chest dropped on him. Between Russ and Ofcom, the brick-faced faggot is the luckiest guy in the world for being able to dodge the inevitable lawsuit like this.
Well the Ofcom one isn't tying up Harden or finances, it's being done pro bono iirc.

Logical use of timelines, and common sense, in THIS case?
Its more likely than you think.

Eat shit Greer, time to pay $4620.00, coffee boy.

Now someone needs to rule on the amount of sanctions so we can keep this train moving, even if ants crawl faster.

Barlow: "Get fucked, Russ"
Eat shit, Shitlips.

I wonder if this will cause Bennett to get off his ass and move on some of the other pending items before the holidays kick in? Maybe we can hope beyond hope for some Christmas presents from the Court.

Also, it never fails: U_M locks the thread, and we get a filing. :drink:

So that's one decision/order down, 11.257 to go...

I find it funny they are addressing this one, and the not the mountain of other motions before it, or even the few after it.

In fact, should be doubled based on his baseless accusations. Up to Bennett, I guess.
I re-read Hardin's response (383) and ask: could he have reasonably filed this as a double whammy asking the court to both deny the motion to reconsider AND amend the original (364) motion to include all the extra fees incurred to deal with his recalcitrant horseshit? Or would this just annoy the judges by making them have to decide on even more nonsense?

I'm telling you, it's like clockwork.

People start talking off-topic, the thread gets lock, and immeditely after it gets re-opened because something happens.

I hate to ask this, but I might have lost the plot. What was Crusty Rusty doing the motion to reconsider about again? Last I recall he filed a "Please give me more time" motion and then... blew past the requested time, making it moot.

ROFL. I guess the judge is getting angy over Russ's approach. The 'shit your pants, do nothing, then file for reconsider upon reconsideration upon reconsideration for why he shat his pants in the first place' approach.

I appreciate the judge starting to highlight Russ's unusual verbage that tends to have a mountain of substext associated with it. Huge fan.

LOL. Gotten

With that being said, I can't help but notice a pattern. The pattern of something happening as soon as the threads locked. I humbly request one of two actions from a mod that'll expedite things.

1) Go head and lock the thread so we can a filing/motion/order tomorrow.

2) Delete the thread. I know we have no ebidence as to potential impact of the case by deleting the thread instead of locking it, but I have a superstitious hunch about it. Either the thread gets deleted, nothing happens, and we lose a cool place to watch and talk about this luzly lawsuit, OR the universe will work in mysterious ways, the judge will declare the case over, and they'll order costs/fees in favor of the defendant. We really won't know unless we try, and by God I believe.

About 300 years ago the judge ordered Mr. Hardin to file the amount for sanctions due to the 2 "errors" that Russ caused that were mentioned in this filing. Mr Hardin provided his amount. Greee said "REEEEEEEEE", and the court said shut up Russ. Then he said "REEEEEEEE" again, and this is the court the second time telling him to shut up.

Still open: Final decision on this sanction amount from the court. Decision from the court on the response to the order to show cause as to why he shouldn't be sanctioned a third time for failure to provide a copy of the restraining order. Decision from the court on fourth sanction for attempting a subpoena while discovery was stayed. Several requests for dismissal. And a bunch of other crap.

I re-read Hardin's response (383) and ask: could he have reasonably filed this as a double whammy asking the court to both deny the motion to reconsider AND amend the original (364) motion to include all the extra fees incurred to deal with his recalcitrant horseshit? It is entirely within Bennett's power to increase awarded fees, but I think asking for it would be burning a lot of good will Mr. Hardin's been accruing due to Russ' stupidity.

Has anyone considered Bennet and Barlow have some kind of bet going vis a vis the timeline and number of filings in this case? It could perfectly explain everything with the retarded (both meanings) timeline...
>I bet this case can get to 420 filings by 2026 with no meaningful progress.
>>No fucking way man. Loser stocks the winner's bar for 2026?
>You're on!

Eagerly awaiting the motion to reconsider the denial of the reconsideration...
