The problem is that a-logs that write literal drivel will see this as a win, and it kinda is for them. The person they're writing fanfiction about is reading it and, regardless of whether they're flexing or seething, taking the time to join a discussion to address the a-log directly. This is literal crack cocaine for such people.
 
Linus, in the off chance you are reading this, this has been on my mind for a while and I wanted to share.

The reason your channel has dropped off is because it no longer scratches the same itch. In the beginning you were a bunch of friends working together on a dream. The underdogs starting a small business.

Then the adventure changed into growing larger but still with the same team everyone was always rooting for.

Now you're just another corpo. Viewers are just not that interested, they don't get invested. Why root for you? Sure, you have inertia and a loyal fanbase but that's no model for growth.

I would advise the following: either encourage and invest in passionate guys to attract viewership that likes to root for the underdog (like Alex and Andy - you not an angel investor there btw?) or refocus content on building a real business and find viewership there.

What got me invested enough to watch LTT daily is that although we are in completely different industries, I could sort of look at you and look at myself dealing with the same issues. I no longer see that.

I hope this helps get you back on the path to growth again.

I've been in the thread for quite awhile and all I've seen are people mocking you for letting your male BPD ruin your slop empire. You've been exposed by multiple people by now and resorted to starting AI channels in a desperate bid to keep those ever falling numbers up. You don't have friends, you have one sycophant who sits across from you on a podcast that looks at you with contempt every time you say yet one more totally deranged, out of touch statement about how you were right and everyone else was wrong.

I used to like your stuff but got bored. No major reason, just a "I learned enough and don't need any more info" Still, you were one of my major influences when I decided to go head first into Linux. Thanks for that.
