Also, Tarl repeating the same thing over again does not make it true.

I'm sure he'll get his ass handed to him this time around even if you do not testify. Sometimes delays happen when new evidence is presented.

Uh oh. I remember when the prosecutors held onto all of Aaron's (of Rekietta fame) probation violations until the sentencing hearing. They pounded him in the ass for that at the very last minute.

I was wondering how Styx was getting by with all of his drinking while still on probation. Not to mention all of Styx's contact with Samantha which I know was an absolute no-no as part of his bail conditions. I guess we will just have to wait and see.

While Styx going to jail might be funny to us. I am not sure that would actually help Styx out as much as other lengthy probation requirements to help him get his ass in line.

Nikki stays on his good side by enabling (and accepting) his own decline in that alcoholic state.

He is naturally against all systems, even the ones designed to help an individual.
