I like that they mentioned how many followers Karl has but anyone who has any credibility would see that he gets almost no views and all those followers are from close to a decade ago from Ian's work of being atleast semi-personable.

Hey "journalist" if you're reading this thread: Karl is not a pariah because he "champions gun rights for all", he's a pariah because he insists on feeding trolls, burning bridges, and getting into angry autistic social media slapfights with anyone who disagrees with him, critizes him, or whom he perceives to have slighted him in some way. In other words, because he's a lolcow.

Hasn't tacticool gf gone away from their youtube channel for years because of doxing and harassment and totally not murdering unarmed black kids at CAHZ? Why are they being mentioned in the article when they haven't been relevant for years now?

Nah he's back, put out a video 2 weeks ago.

Jesus you can tell the guy who wrote this had one cock in his hand and another one in his mouth.

Disappointed to learn exactly how big of a retard Deviant Ollam actually is. I suppose his name should have been a giveaway. No parent ever gave their kid the name Deviant as a Christian name.

This might be a dumb question, but i know Finnish brutality is legit. Does the modern US brutality have any merit at all or is it LARP training like everything else these people do?

Yes, it's still them LARPing in the desert. He can barely fit between the ladder and the rest of the props. Also blames setting the forend of his rifle on props for the malfunctions... when its' a freefloat forend and doesn't do the same thing when he's using the bipod. He's a fucking idiot that has no idea what he's talking about. All while using a red dot and a 4x magnifier that for some reason doesn't appear to be in a flip mount... so just use a fucking 4x optic. Fucking "dangler pouch"? He has a separate dump pouch and he's still tossing magazines for some reason(might be where the malfunctions are coming from?), can't shoot prone without fucking around with his bipod for only a few shots, is running with a knife like a retard at 5:40 is casually walking onto the bus because he tired himself out after that short "sprint", more fucking with his bipod...

And this is all so he can collect keys to turn switches at 15:18 like some kind of dumb video game. With all of his fat failings he's still at the top of his little trooper division and third overall, which means damn near everyone else is doing WORSE than him. And his pistol shooting is fine, it's his rifle shooting that's a big "what the fuck, really?"

I mean it’s all a larp technically. Even non brutality and local matches have that guy. Karl’s brutality matches just seem to lean into the larp with a side of “This is serious we’re doing serious things here. Here’s your serious stage”. Probably because he thinks he’s training up a militia of trannies but all he has is fat obese guys.

“intense physical challenges”

And here I am watching a fat guy turn keys!

I think the first Desert Brutalities were rather difficult, but mostly due to the environment involved. It is pretty hot in Arizona after all. Though since the split they have moved more into the snazzy stages side without the Varusteleka Jari's "how can I make this more fun to everyone, I know more burpees!" mindset. There is the Moons Out night vision "brutality" Ian and friends go to, but that has the night vision gimmick being the deciding factor, less that you blow yourself out with physically hard stages.

There's always certain level of larp involved in all of this, but even if the Finnish or Lynx Brutality over at Slovenia are physically hard, their stages in the end aren't that complex when you strip them out of their non-shooting portions. If you do them slow is smooth, smooth is fast no penalties way, you are going to do pretty well in the overall rankings.

Wired article was real fun to read and if the reporter is still lurking here, consider following. If Valtteri the owner of Varusteleka and a known liberal who supports LGBTQ+ rights decides that cooperation with Karl should end because Karl went into "schizosector", what does that tell us about Karl?

There's a certain amount of "gamey" bullshit that's perfectly fine. Afterall, there's nothing wrong with actually having a little fun with what you're doing. However, if that's the case then simultaneously pretending your "brutality" match is somehow some strenuous physical activity with this lardass as one of your top regular contenders then you've got to eventually notice that maybe from the outside your shit looks like a joke? Here's another video with this lardass, and what I mean about him not knowing wtf he's doing with a rifle.

Ok, so we can forgive the silly optic mounted on the carry handle because he's going for some kind of "retro" build... that still has a flared mag well, a modern grip and enlarged trigger guard, and what looks like a 45 degree safety using a plastic lower. yeah retro sure whatever. The problem is, dumbshit seems to have not bothered to properly zero his optic, or really even test shooting the thing before doing this course. He spends a bunch of time bitching about the height over bore and how he has to hover his face above the stock... with all of that fat I'm not sure why. Also, he could just use a fucking cheek riser if it's really that much of an issue? That'd be more "retro" than anything else about this fucking rifle.

at 4:50 he's actually shooting the fucking berm he's supposed to be shooting over, and it takes him 2 shots to even notice the giant dirt clouds in front of him. Then he does a little jog and has to shoot off of a barricade. Still can't hit shit.

6:30 mentions he zero'd his optic at 50 yards... I don't believe he actually did. Yes he could have been trying for a 50/200 zero but again test the shit first since that doesn't seem to have actually worked out? Apparently his shooting got better at 6:55 because he stepped 5' closer? The targets are still 50-70 yards out, taking 3 steps forward should not matter that much. He can hit everything at 50 yards from his bipod. In the next stage he keeps bringing up deflection from the non free-float forend which would be an issue for precision shooting, not what he's doing.

At the end talks about how he'd prefer this setup for hitting targets at distance over a classic m16... well if he was taught properly the classic m16 would have actually been zero'd correctly in the first place. While this video is from a couple of years ago, and isn't one of Karl's "brutality" matches, he'd still been shooting for years before this and should have known to have his shit squared away before taking it to a match.

He probably did zero it at 50 yards but forgot that the "/200" part only works for optics at a normal height, not for ones mounted 4" above the bore.

Hence why you should actually test your shit before wasting your day at a match with gear that isn't setup right. Finding out that this carry handle mounted optic is actually 50/whatever and then working from there instead of wasting half a mag shooting at a single target because you have no idea wtf the rounds are going.

Sinister Cinnabun wins competitions based on two things and two things alone:

1) He's a very good shot with handguns

2) He's entering competitions where the average competitor is either equally as fat as he is or a tranny, and also somehow worse at shooting rifles than he is

I think that this is probably the best example of how being self taught can be a terrible thing, you miss out on fundamentals that are patently obvious and well known to those of us who learned under the learned.
