The gossip I’ve heard is that Naomi was the one pressing the son with the gender shit and that Liev had a tough time accepting it. I could buy this. There is a fetish for transing children but it doesn't necessarily mean he has it. He probably just likes to touch his kids, nothing more.

Cindy Barshop, a z-lister that appeared in The Real Housewives of New York , has a set of female twins and one identifies as transgender.
Zoe and Jesse born ~2010. Cindy is a single mother.

Unfortunately I can't figure out exactly when she transitioned her child but this info came out in 2019 when the twins were 9. So likely a few years before.

The reason Cindy publicly revealed this was because a TV host called Mario Lopez got in trouble for making comments about parents transitioning their kids in a Candace Owens interview.

The trans twin is a lot shorter than her sister so potentially autism is responsible for her behavior as it's typical for female autistics to be shorter than their siblings. Note that Cindy was 46 when she had the twins (IVF) and the donor father (an ex of hers) is probably even older.
I also looked at some forums and it seems Cindy is a notorious bitch who can't parent; she had four nannies helping her.

Most info seems to be from 2019 and despite the twins being 15 now there really isn't much information on them since. Despite being active, the last time she referenced them in her Instagram was Halloween 2022.
