Anyone subjected to shitlibs is familiar with Trump derangement syndrome. The condition renders libfags more irrational than ever, destroying the credibility and evidently the minds of creatures like Bill Kristol and Jonah Goldberg. But does TDS represent an actual psychiatric disease like those listed in the DSM? Practicing psychotherapist Jonathan Alpert says yes:
1763065611359.png
Clinically, the presentation aligns with anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorders: persistent intrusive thoughts, emotional dysregulation and impaired functioning. Patients describe sleepless nights, compulsive news checking and physical agitation. Many confess they can’t stop thinking about Donald Trump even when they try.

That is what they call living rent-free in someone else’s head. Here is where it crosses the line into psychosis:
They interpret his every move as a threat to democracy and to their own safety and control.

Neolibs allow these delusions to ruin their lives:
One patient told me she couldn’t enjoy a family vacation because “it felt wrong to relax while Trump was still out there.” Others report panic attacks or trouble sleeping after seeing him in the news.

As it's been talked about many times in this thread, isn’t really about Trump:
For many, he functions as a psychological screen onto which unresolved fears and insecurities are projected.

Recall that Bush Derangement Syndrome preceded TDS.

Call it “obsessive political preoccupation”—an obsessive-compulsive spectrum presentation in which a political figure becomes the focal point for intrusive thoughts, heightened arousal and compulsive monitoring. …

From a diagnostic standpoint, it overlaps with obsessive-compulsive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder and trauma-related syndromes.

As with transsexual psychosis, TDS has gotten out of control due to collective reinforcement:
Social media, partisan news outlets and aspects of modern therapy have turned emotional validation into moral virtue.

Libshits encourage each other to believe their hebephrenic hatred of Orange Man proves they are good people.

Again like transsexual psychosis, a psychiatry industry saturated with neoliberalism results in professionals making the problem worse:
Therapy, once a space for cognitive restructuring, has in some quarters become an echo chamber for emotion. Rather than challenging distorted thoughts, many therapists affirm them, mistaking empathy for effectiveness.

Rather than indulging patients in their shitlibbery, therapists can do more good by encouraging “cognitive reappraisal” — although they run the risk of alienating patients who may denounce them as white nationalist Christofascistic threats to Our Democracy.

TDS is a problem for normal people everywhere:
We can’t have a healthy democracy if half the country experiences the other half as a trauma trigger.

If Orange Man is the personification of evil, anyone who agrees with him on anything is evil. Yet Trump’s political success is largely due to taking no-brainer positions that no reasonable person could disagree with: defending the border from foreign invasion, cutting down on wasteful government spending, replacing DEI with merit, stalling the nuclear weapons program of Islamic maniacs who chant “Death to America,” not allowing men in women’s restrooms and sports, et cetera. It follows that in the addled minds of shitilbs, people with reasonable views are evil.

Imagine these psychotic creatures consolidating control of the government nationally as they have been doing in California and New York, and you can see why finding a cure for TDS is of paramount importance.

im going to stick my foot in this ant hill and say, we almost solved it back in the 90s/early 2000s with the idea of color blindness. Where you only cared about someone's race if they did something wrong. Otherwise, they were just a fellow citizen who just happens to be black/etc.
Colorblindness doesnt fucking work and never will work, it doesnt matter what you do to niggers a nigger will forever be a nigger, the le based negro is a fucking LIE they are just slightly smart enough to understand they fucking SUCK but instead of fixing their situation they go a bother people outside their race because their "basedness" comes from a place of self hate, they dont care about fixing themselves they just want to scape being niggers, their offspring will ALWAYS revert to being a hoodrat murderer rapist nigger because thats what all niggers are doesnt matter how they are raised, why do you think colorism is a thing in south america? a place that wasnt as viciously segregated as brittish colonies and is literally mutt kingdom? because niggers are fucking niggers, everyone from the injun to the muslim to jew to the castizo to el goblino and whatever the fuck ALWAYS has had an unsavory encounter with a dark skinned individual, the "well behaved" ones are a FLUKE they exist to be a nuisance and they will forever be a nuisance because is GENETIC, the only good thing Turkey and the Otomoans did compared to Europeans was to quickly identify that niggers fucking SUCK and sterilized them all, this cucked shit of "well if they behave and pray to yisus im sure they will be allrigh" is how you end up in this madness over and over again forever until they fucking kill and rape you and everything you love in that order.

He was kindof right. The relationship between the government and the people was never the same again after the 60s or even late 50s. Imagine thinking the government was on your side and wanted us to colonize the solar system and eventually everything. That practically sounds moronic but that was what we had and now we are tbh probably going to go extinct.

The hope now is that we could somehow take back control of the government or it outright collapses, just to get enough breathing room to continue existing.
All of this has happend before, The only ones reproducing when Rome collapsed were Christians. Likewise today, i mean actual Christians not the gay Churches.

Some disruptive spaz isn't fighting the good fight. He's ruining the experience for 20 or 30 other kids, and he shouldn't be permitted to do so. And in the example given, obviously he learned no respect, nothing, so he should have been put where he didn't do harm.
My point was more that obviously the spaz was a problem, but the teacher couldn't/wouldn't do anything about it, the parents couldn't either, and the kids definitely couldn't because they'd all just get in trouble and miss recess because they tried to bully the spaz into being normal. There was no good fight, and my point was that school may be more about suppressing the urge to fight the good fight and instead just quietly accepting whatever is happening, like in Joe Dirt when the old lady told the kid being humped by a dog "He'll stop humping when he's done."

I do wonder if things would've turned out better if the 90s-00s colorblind ideal was truly colorblind, or at least actually treated everyone the same. Even back then there was always that undertone of 'we can't hold them to the same standards because of slavery and colonialism', which eventually morphed to today's 'blacks and browns are ontologically good and whites are ontologically evil unless you're constantly self-flagellating'. But then I guess that becomes a question of if things would've turned out better without a leftist stranglehold on pop culture and academia.

Well, there's one other solution, which is let home prices fall, but it would cause the instant death of the financial system, I'm told.
Let me use a strange but I think weirdly useful metaphor, imagine the whole US housing market as a trading card game, like MTG or pokemon. Lets treat the games "coming out" as the post ww2 era, its not a perfect comparison but works well

So the expensive old cards are the houses bought in post ww2 by people using the GI bill. So these people got these "cards" for almost nothing but over time the cards keep going up in value even though their "abilities" don't decrease relative to the card game (market). So you get a scenario where people have these very powerful cards( expensive houses) that are super rare cause they arent making a bunch more of them beacuse if the company makes more of them the people who HAVE the old expensive cards will get mad and "stop playing" if their old cards stop being worth money and they run the risk of the new players "stoping playing" if they feel they cant play on a fair level with the old players

So how do you fix this? do you appeal to the new up and coming player base whos leaving the game would cause it to die or do you stay true to the fans who bought into the system first to allow it to even grow to the point that its at?

Genuinely if you can take ego out of it, its a lose lose situation, reality is the older fucks should show some manhood and balls and say, of course print more good cards for the younger generation, we have had our time with them we dont need to die rich, but they want to go out like the motherfucking Pharaohs

Regarding the 50 year mortgages, what would stop anyone from just making more than the monthly minimum payment? Or investing the money saved from the lower monthly payment into something with a higher yearly return than the interest?
Nothing. But people don't act like that. They buy the monthly payment not the total price. The main effect will be people buying larger and paying more even for the same houses. If you want to pay it off like a 30 or a 15, get a 30 or 15 because it will lower your interest rate. Your last point on using the difference to invest I agree with....but people on average will not do that.
Well, there's one other solution, which is let home prices fall, but it would cause the instant death of the financial system, I'm told.
It will be pretty painful if it happens. There are a whole lot of families whose only savings is their primary residence. For a lot of people that is also their retirement plan, good idea or not.

The best I really hope for is we get a slump and housing stays roughly stable in nominal terms and let inflation eat away at it for a while, while hopefully median income goes up. People are a whole lot less jumpy at seeing their house go up by 1% for a while when inflation is hitting 2% or 3% than seeing the nominal number drop by any significant amount, even if after a decade the result is the same.
who is the fucking idiot who thought homes were an investment?
a basic necessity in life should not take the majority of a person's to have
now a shitty jewjob that will collapse in six months is worth millions
everything about this is so mindbogglingly fucked
It worked for a while for the people who had homes and it made people feel good. It helps they also had pensions for retirement as well.

If you really want to make the banks happy, Trump can float the idea of perpetuities. You can even sell it as a boon for homeowners and consumer choice. All you have to do is pay the interest each month and you get to decide how much extra goes to principal, not the bank. See how great it is for consumers. /sneed

WHy do you insist on nigger babbling like this?
McCool is trying to copy my swag, but he's really bad at it. :gunt:

In actual content: Apparently air travel is not sufficiently miserable and degrading. Maybe female travelers need to be patted down by sexually deranged men:
1763066664105.png
A trans-identifying male TSA officer at the Dulles International Airport is suing for the right to pat down female travelers, according to a lawsuit filed on Friday.

Danielle Mittereder is alleging in his lawsuit that the Transportation Security Administration, which operates under the Department of Homeland Security, is violating his civil rights due to its implementation of President Donald Trump’s executive order ordering that the male-female sex binary be affirmed in all federal government roles.

Mittereder alleges that it is “sex discrimination” that only female agents are allowed to pat down female passengers. He says this causes him “fear, anxiety, and depression.”

The oppression of Mr. Mittereder goes beyond not being allowed to touch the private areas of women and little girls.

Mittereder takes particular umbrage at being barred from female-only facilities like bathrooms.

If Democrats prevail, crybullies like Mittereder will get their way. Society will have to adapt to their derangement.

Nothing is over until it's over. With that in mind, in one of the most dire moments of America's founding, George Washington, the Father of the Nation, wrote that all under him needed to resolve themselves to "conquer or die" for the fate of unborn millions would depend upon on their conduct. In that the spirit of those words and of course in a non-violent way, may the European descended peoples of the world seek to defy what currently might seem like a foregone conclusion.

I mean.....that was the conclusion by the supreme court that enforced gay marriage. Maybe we shouldn't build our law system on unstable sand of feels goodism and actually pass laws or constitutional amendments if we want something changed instead of relying on a fake gay pseudo legislature in black robes.
