The oversight committee had received unredacted documents from the Epstein estate, they know who the people behind the redactions are and knew the person in the discussion was Virginia Giuffre. Virginia Giuffre died in April. So there is plenty of indication the victim in the document was in fact deceased. Hell I just showed you the unredacted document.
