@RaptInPlastic you've mentioned a couple times there are other things going on with Nick that we don't know about (legal things?) any idea on when we're going to find out about those, or if/when the mysterious 70 pages will be posted?

Family trust stuff afaik letters went to Rekieta family lawyers re tax problems.
Disciplinary proceedings against Rekieta for all his pretending to be a lawyer, abusing nanny, and on and on is very much active. It is absolutely not just muh CLE shit like Rekieta pretends. I mean cmon that's obvious right?
Couple of other things afaik people are pushing hard, both hit the same bullshit from prosecutors and in one case the sheriff. However, both of those other things are moving forward.
Mama K I have no idea she wants to speak for herself and that is correct imo but it's obvious isn't it she's now more angry with him than scared of him. He does that to a lot of women, what with him being a social media expert and such.

I mean, were it not for this thread, I would 100% believe he's too fucking lazy to do his CLE, and that would be all that was holding him back from being a lawyer.

Meh. Shitty little airplanes like Cessnas weigh less than a honda civic and does as much damage when they crash into schools. I'd be more worried about the pickup truck driving through the school zone.

I wonder if they are playing it out.

If they are holding off on the complaints until he completes CLE, Nick will likely never complete CLE because he likes claiming he isn't a lawyer because of pro-forma BS. He wants to be able to say it is only a matter of X number of online hours and he can practice (it's the same logic he twists to claim he isn't a cuck).

But if they move against him with the complaints regardless of CLE status, they run the risk of the complaint not being sustained or have a time limit. Nick would suddenly complete CLE if it meant he got his license immediately.

Nick got burned with his fees last year. He got shamed by the farms into paying his licensing fee only to be immediately suspended for CLE after the check cleared. He does not want to complete CLE, show the farms he wants his license back only to be ridiculed with another suspension for conduct. I hope the complaint is used as the sword of damacles to thwart any attempt to return to law.

IANAL but slight correction, on my reading of the email sent months ago it is no longer complaints, two or more of them he has been found in breach and it's moved to disiplinary proceedings they called it. Not just back and forth about muh complaints. It's nothing to do with CLE afaik

Yes, not doing CLE doesn't open ethics investigations. It just makes you unauthorized to practice law OR HOLD YOURSELF OUT as a lawyer.

And he's definitely too lazy, as well.

The CLE fails are just further evidence of his lack of respect for the law and for the license he somehow managed to obtain.

The real danger with an aircraft crashing into a school would be the fuel, they carry a lot more than cars and it’s more likely to ignite given the high speed of the impact.

Anyways, I guess lots of lolcows are Mostly Harmless until they’re not.
