There was a documentary about it where the journalists actually scraped the download links and reported them to the file hosters cause the goverment, when shutting down those sites, just seized the webserver and thats it

so are the other two, just generic piracy sites with no bandwith limitations and based in countries where noone gives a fuck about goverment requests from the US or Europe

The new link's account/info remain identical except that "https://t.me/letowoo" (A) was removed from the confirmation message. This username is not found elsewhere on the farms, and this action likely indicates he read my previous post which required a KF account.

Alvaro Toro (A) is a middle-aged man from Colombia who posts some suspiciously furfag-flavored and children-oriented art. alvarotoroj@hotmail.com He has a single following/follower sanchexter, and I've also attached some json api records from this page. His wife(?) has some sort of deformity. (TT) Voice doesn't sound like Leto to me and I haven't heard him speak American.

Under "letowoo" Google has this FB hit for an anti-Ukrainian(?) group named "Odessa is a nationality". (FB) I don't see "letowoo" in the post, not sure why I got this hit.

and several hits from a Chinese malware forum 52pojie (eg archive) also called "I love to crack the forum" or "I love cracking" (I don't speak chink/russian). Registration is open today for a limited time and is required to view forum posts/profiles.

52pojie publishes their ban activity as "darkroom" or "Little Black House", I've attached the full table with 3k entries but no obvious hits.

I was just thinking how the big websites would deal with this kind of problem and I had this probably a dumb idea of new account will need to earn a “right to be forgotten“.

Most websites will force you to sign up with a cell phone. I understand this isn’t a catch all solution and obviously the farms takes users privacy and data extremely seriously, which I agree with.

But my idea was a new accounts would have to do two factor authentication with a cell phone number. Obviously later there will be a mechanism to remove this requirement from accounts that have proven themselves.

My only reason for suggesting this is because obviously what needs to happen is that it needs to become financially unfeasible to create thousands of accounts but not at a cost to genuine users. However, I also understand that collecting this kind of personal data is really not good, especially if for some reason Null was forced to hand over user records.

Again, this is probably a dumb solution. I’m sure it’s probably been thought of already. I just wanted to get it out there because that’s the only solution I can think of. You can buy cell phone numbers, but it’s very difficult to get them to do proper to factor authentication automatically and it would be trivial for the farms to change up the two 2FA code to avoid any automated systems.

I know you reported this dude to all the relevant places, which you should have. But have you called your state rep and state senate and then your fed house rep and fed senate staff to follow up? There's nothing more any publicly funded agency hates to hear than "Hi, this is Tim Smith with Senator Jones' office". It seems like an easy win for some faggot pol to be like 'Yeah, we shut down some online pervert chimo' and not exactly say where the chimo was posting. Politicians are scum but would feast on this no problem. i'm not reading 54 pages so ignore if this was suggested.
 
I know it's inhumane and barbaric but you could have a simple time-waster which requires some human interaction.

embed one of those stupid html5 games they use when you are on android; where you have to stack enough cows or something stupid before you can register.
