This argument is getting pretty pointless. I know it's gone well past what I said when I brought it up a few pages back.

My whole point with why I said feds is if the feds know this is happening, and they are ignoring it, then that is a bit suspicious.

And if they somehow don't know this is happening at this point still, even with it being reported. Then people should make damn sure the feds know about it. In a way thats undeniable. Because at that point, you can basically say with some certainty, 1 they are allowing this to happen, or 2 they are behind it themselves. There wouldn't be any need to theorize. People can just point to their clear inaction in light of their full knowledge of the situation.

I once read a post from someone who was staff member on a few imageboards. He said most CP spam is commercial spam and they have links in them because they are advertising it. He also said they target any blog comment section or unsecured forum they can discover, and that this has probably been going on since the internet went public.

Literally nothing will happen, CP isn't magic and viewing it doesn't summon feds to your house, there are websites dedicated to reporting it and they don't send feds to your house either. Clear your cache, bleach your eyes and move on, you have to be retarded to get caught with CP even if you're intentionally looking for it, which is the exact reason faggots like this can be so brazen and still get away with it.

Yeah, direct download piracy sites often use Pixeldrain, Mega, 1ficher, and there’s even one that uses Google Drive, somehow. There’s a even a file hoster named fuckingfast, which does what it basically says on the tin; you download files really fucking fast. It’s humorous in a way.

Personally I'd apply the never talk to feds rule. While possession is presumptively proof of guilt, there's still an element of knowledge to it, that is, if someone plants CP in your house or computer or some automatic process caches it without your intention, your obligation is either to report it immediately or get rid of it immediately.

I'd choose the latter, or if I did the former (like the NCMEC report option), I would do it anonymously if there was some identifiable url that could actually be useful in tracking down its origin without identifying myself. People who deliberately seek out this content to report it are on very thin ice. There isn't a "citizen investigator" exception for possession.

Create a new usergroup "forum members +20 posts" based on default registered account and make the registered users (newbies) unable to upload any media attachments or photos until they have 20 posts, send posts to spam moderation (add trigger phrases if needed) up to 20 posts and spam clean the account when you catch it there. After 20 posts auto promote them to "forum members" and then they unlock uploads permissions, reactions, whatever. It's costing him time to make 20 clean posts and avoid the hammer, moderating report queue might explode but spam cleaner is one button. Can he even defeat turnstile?
