yeah, Germans don't specifically hate the French, and the French don't specifically hate the Germans anymore. Now Europeans have advanced to just hating themselves and whites as a whole.

The 50 Year Mortgage could work only if interest rates are basically halved for those loans, if not more. This way it would still be more than a 30 with the interest but not comically banker evil. It has more potential than Copmala's "$25,000 first time homebuyer tax credit which actually just means all homes went up $25,000 immediately"

I don't like it just a general finance rule, a 35-40 year would be a better step, but it's at least another option. It's psychotic that we now have 84 and 96 month car finance options but it's a direct result of cash for clunkers breaking everything.
