We're still in a lag economy, it typically takes about a year or so for the current administration's economical decisions and deals to start kicking in. The real test is going to be next year. 2018 the economy was taking off like a rocket up until COVID so I'm optimistic.
The first few months of this thread was a dizzying blast of wins. Back when mass deportations were starting, tariffs were getting fired off left and right. The context has simply changed. Not enough people are getting deported to make a dent by the end of the term. Trump takes no action against H1B, so the tariffs basically don't matter, every week it's a new company laying off 100,000 Americans and moving the jobs to Hyderabad or moving the workers from Hyderabad over here, and nobody can get a job. We are also still endlessly enslaved to Israel. And to top it all off, right-wing organizers and pundits are just getting fucking shot now, and democrats celebrate it, then elect other democrats who call for more violence.
I am fed up with the whining about hurty words. If you can use hurty words in reference to women, Boomers, fat people, etc. you can use hurty words toward anyone. I usually like individual Jews that I know, but their politicians stir up race resentment then claim special racial treatment. We went through Holocaust Movie Saturation a few decades ago and I hope this will fade out as well.
