The Bellandur police have traced a three-year-old female dog which had allegedly been raped by a group of men at a labour shed near a residential apartment in Chikkanayakanahalli on October 13.

Based on a complaint filed by an animal activist, the police registered an FIR under Prevention of cruelty to Animal Act and also under section 325 ( mischief by killing, poisoning, maiming, or rendering useless any animal) of BNS for further investigation.

According to the complainant, she was feeding the stray dog named Mili regularly and on October 13 night noticed a group of men raping the dog at the labour shed. The dog was missing and later she found after three days with a swelling on her private part .

She approached the Varthur police who later directed her to go to Bellandur police and she filed a complaint on October 18. The police analysed over 25 CCTV cameras in and around the area and traced the dog and with the help of veterinary personnel, subjected the dog for medical examination and collected vaginal swab and sent it to the FSL for further examination to ascertain the crime .

The police are awaiting FSL report to further investigation.

Four men have been arrested after one of the accused’s phones was discovered to contain a video of them gang-raping a Bengal monitor lizard at the Sahydari Tiger Reserve in Maharashthra, India.

CCTV footage from the Maharashtra Forest Department showed the four men lurking around the forest and trespassing into the Sahyadri Tiger Reserve, which was created by the Indian government in 2008 to conserve Bengal tigers.

You could go to the poorest parts of Appalachia and I still don't think you'd see a group of men gang-rape nonhuman animals. Just saying.
 
One of the things that just astonishes me about shit like this is, okay, you have one man who looks at a dog or a kid or whatever and decides that THEY MUST DO THE NEEDFUL, but how the fuck are like 10 other guys standing there waiting their turn instead of kicking the living shit out of the first guy?

Especially in situations where the victim isn't known to them and so there wasn't any sort of agreement between them that the victim was going to be "shared"? It's sad as hell to hear about kids who were raped by half of their male relatives, or they went over to a "friend's" house and became the entertainment for the evening, grooming gang style, but damn.

What is the permission structure in that society where someone decides that a city bus ride would be livened up by fucking a ten-year-old, other men see this, and they are not only okay with it but they join in?

I am so angry about this. Child sex abuse (and animals, undoubtedly) is a problem everywhere, but how do some cultures normalize it and then continue to exist?

How does your own extended family not decide that you need to be hauled out and shot in a ditch?

This is a culture where it is accepted that a MIL can simply set her DIL on fire for no other reason then I just didn't like her, so...
 
I'm not sure what's worse, being so sexually desperate that you rape a dog, or being so poor that you have to share your rape dog with other dudes.

In the US we had moms saying "if all your friends jumped off a bridge, would you do it?" But in all these nonwhite countries, from Afghanistan to India, to all of Africa, it seems to be that if everyone is raping or torturing some creature, then you should definitely join in. They are genetically indisposed towards empathy for other living things

Some cultures rape animals because their "holy texts" say this is totally ok and in fact encourage it.

Those cultures should be eliminated from the face of the earth according to my holy texts.
