No, Trump shouldn't just throw out the validity of the judicial side. For every fag Obama appointee the Republicans are steadily stacking 2 GOP hardliners to hold the line. If Trump were to enact martial tactics then it's assured that the Dems would be twice as evil and abusive with those powers should they ever rig another election and get into power, just look at all the places Obama took the PATRIOT Act that the retarded Bush Jr. administration pushed. The more the GOP holds to legalism and due process, the more territories they're capturing across the states that actually manufacture goods and grow food. Push comes to shove, the Democrat city states will be starving under embargoes and isolation.

Republicans aren't going to mass mobilize in violence until it's comprehensively proven that there's no non-violent solution against the spiteful mutants who want to destroy civilization. It's going to horribly degrade the quality of life for almost everybody in the nation and probably spark a world war. Unless you let things play out and the proof become undeniable, the common man isn't going to be willing to commit to removing all the genocidal shitskins that pray for white death. And that's not going to be every minority, but the extremist wings poisoned by communist propaganda. Let Palantir build that database of every swarthy piece of shit "refugee" calling for the death of the nation. Right now GOP territories aren't suffering under the effects of Dem mismanagement except for the constant inflationary money printing. You rock the boat, give them casus belli to to directly invade GOP territories, and it's going to get very shitty for everybody.

The lockdowns were there to break people, to cripple them. Shut down your business, force your kid in house arrest, to siphon your money into the 1% that apparently they hate so much. To punish you for daring to say no to them the first time. They wanted to beat people into submission so they can have their Thousand Year Reich. While their cheating mechanisms aren't as strong (for now), now they were told no a third time; it's a pyrrhic victory in that sense. At the same time, for every kid groomed into a troon, there was another paying attention to the virus known as "racism" and how it was so powerful it stopped the spread of the "worst pandemic in recent memory." But even more weren't. They still graduate not even knowing how to read.

So just to add, the lockdowns didn't just make loons, they crippled entire generations of people. Only time will tell if that becomes a pyrrhic victory in and of itself, with more people supporting school vouchers, going against grooming propaganda in schools and the like.

This isn't so much cheating, though there probably is some, this is more tied to the power of incumbency. When you win a seat and you contest it well enough, people get used to you holding that position, when the ballot comes up the average voter just ticks off names they know, regardless of their general policies and often times you won't have many primary challengers, sometimes they just secure it completely unopposed.
