Leto runs and pays for owo.vg, a Russian zoophile called Lemur devs it with the help of people like Gaki / the GNOME coomer of /g/ and other personalities. Every big name spammer in recent years has used the site, a name people may recognize is vidyabutts.

You can post through it with a VPN so I'm not sure how it would add you to any kind of botnet.

Basically what he does is he generates this retarded post that's quirky furry-meme gibberish in random colors to avoid any primitive pattern matching. Then he attaches a random illegal video, again different every time to avoid simple hash bans or rudimentary perceptual hashing. He uploads this hundreds of times a minute. There's a mod queue for posts, so his goal isn't to spam the site, it's to upload the material to the site so he can report it to upstream providers himself.

The issue is if I keep playing chicken by opening registrations he's going to eventually find a way to cause problems that's harder to deal with. My options are to clamp down on registrations and live with child pornography being spammed like 4chan does, close registrations off, or have him arrested.

The next step is to take my tools that automate this and use my NCMEC credentials to automate reporting the abuse. Who knows, maybe after literally thousands of reports they will do something.

An interview would be VERY costly time wise just on the part of a prospective new user. If I had to go through an interview during business hours on a Friday I wouldn't have made an account.
