They absolutely can, and you're about to get a preview of it.

Republicans are currently more worried about an interview Tucker did than the imminent communist takeover of NY.

Don't underestimate the ability of republicans to fuck things up, especially with Trump gone after 2028. Maybe they'll wake up after tomorrow. But probably not.
New York City is a lost cause. Its almost entirely a shitlib city with 4 out of the 5 boroughs being the unironic "acktually communism and socialism aren't bad it just hasn't been done correctly before" sheltered wealthy kids who never actually lived in a communist/socialist shithole so they were going to lap up nepo Mamdani no matter what the fuck the republicans did. Plus with NYC protecting the illegal immigrants and migrants in general, its just an entirely fucked scenario that won't ever flip until it gets so bad that there is no other option.

I think New Jersey, on the other hand, genuinely has a chance to elect a Republican in office imminently, because most of the NYCers that are fed up with the shitlibs are all moving to either NJ or Florida, and the last governor election was shockingly close despite Ciattarelli having absolutely no momentum last time and going against an incumbent. Sherill is even more dogshit of a candidate than Murphy and a ton of left-leaning unions are backing Jack this time so I think its going to be an extremely close race.

I don't even think the commie kids are to blame. What is to blame is the fact that 40% of NYC population was born outside of the US, hence why a barbarian foreigner with a barbarian foreigner outlook is in the lead for mayor. This is what happens when there is unfettered Third World migration.

Yeah. I mean, what would actually change if a Republican won? It's fucking New York City.

The fact all political ads aren't being done completely in English is a sign it's already lost.

Mamdani is the perfect leftist. He's a rootless mystery meat mutt that is not even American and actively hates what America stands for. Not only that, he's also being propped up by foreigners and other mutts who consistently violate US law. A sign of things to come.
Idk avout you but I get a very bad feelin about things to come. Republicans are dropping the ball daily and too busy fighting each other over some fed catboy and Democrats are more empowered than with and the coming sweep from Mamdani. This is all the while Republicans are flailing and acting like they're a minority government despite having all 3 parts of government and the supreme court.

Also with the light pushback from this administration and them getting away with the Kirk assassination with 0 political or reputational damage is going to result in them going complete mask off the next time they get into office. Hope you guys are ready to face the wall.

There will always be retards in any group of people. That is the bell curve. That is the nature of reality. Ultimately there must be some kind of tard wrangler for these people. The question is who should be the wrangler. I don't think Fuentes should be that person mind you. I'm speaking of the general concept of getting dumb people to get leaders that serve their best interests and the best interests of the country.
What people seem to be missing is that we were supposed to leave the retards alone to fight amongst themselves in their own little sandbox not elevate the sandbox and put those idiots front and center. It was always supposed to be the children's table where they could preoccupy themselves while the adults at the big table have the real discussion.

Again I think it should be a law that no foreigner should be allowed to hold any elected office in this country whatsoever. I don’t care who it is, if you’re not American, and did not spend the majority of your life in America, you don’t have a connection strong enough to this country to warrant being in any form of power.

I'd say 65-70% of people don't have real political opinions, their ideology is whatever gives them the most le heckin updoots on normiegram.
It is true that people will almost always side with whatever is or at least appears to be the popular and socially acceptable opinion.

no they aren’t, seriously people on the farms need to realize Fuentes is not this nationally influential figure. Real life is not twitter

If national republicans know him it’s “that weird gay Mexican kid”

Gonna a problem working around the "naturalized citizen" aspect, as Zohran is a naturalized citizen. Of course he wasn't one until fucking 2018 so...

Which also coincidentally lines up with the amount of people that can't rotate an apple in their head or have an internal monologue.

King Terry referred to them as "nigger cattle"

I have a friend who legitimately has no political opinions of his own and just parrots whatever the most recent person he's hung out with said. Whenever he visits his parents, he sounds extremely conservative, but whenever he spends too much time with lefties in the city where he lives, he starts talking like a commie. He's otherwise smart and he thinks that he's passionate about politics but he's actually completely ignorant.

Ironically this probably makes chuds the most honest about their beliefs since "I hate women and niggers" is not something you can farm for engagement and likes unless your Nick the spic Fuentes.

Yea I'd definitely say its both, you're completely spot on.

I'll be honest, KF is the first place that I'm even hearing any sort of drama over the interview. Over on normie platforms like Insta the overwhelming response has been either indifferent or positive that they were able to talk despite differences. Not that I'm a fan of Fuentes or Carlson but I think this is a bit heavy on the doom-posting because I think within a month nobody is going to give a fuck lol.

The important topics, such as the economy and illegal immigration, are still entirely dominating in favor of Trump. New York City electing Mamdani is not representative of anything except the increasing polarization of America. The cities are getting more aggressively liberal and everywhere else is getting aggressively more conservative. I think the bigger factor is that moderates are still largely not sold on anything the Democrat party has been doing; while Trump's approval rating or whatever the fuck might be sliding, the Democrat party as a whole has legitimately abysmal approval ratings right now. There's definitely significantly less movement going on than 4 years ago, this does not feel the same or better for them at all. I'd argue that moderates largely feel that the Democrat party has completely fallen off the deep end and, even if they don't like Trump, the Republicans are actually campaigning for law and order.
