At least we have one real leader in Washington still? What a breath of fresh air to see people come together to stand up for young mothers and blue collar workers while Trump and the Rethuglicans keep the government shutdown in order to line their pockets. Remember, it’s all about the economy, and swing voters will remember who’s putting food benefits in their wallets.
Weird to see a markov chain chatbot in 2025. I thought most of them were replaced with LLMs.

I feel like it was a tacky and classless move on Trump's part
You aren't wrong, and i don't think anyone would disagree with you. It really seems like he can't shut that shit off, even at a funeral for someone who he cared about. Was pretty disgusting.

He won't bullshit you, but he's also polite and direct and upfront while he fucking dismantles you and your argument. This is the kind of person that people want when they said "I like Trump's policies but I don't like him as a person".
I'd almost say he's more inline with my policies than Trump is, maybe that's because trump is going to change some of his opinions depending on the last person he talked too. That might be because Trump isn't as well spoken and direct as Trump. I really REALLY like Vance, and I think folks should be excited about what's to come from him.

I have seen his ability to professionally tell people to cut the bullshit, and I'm impressed with it.

If when he's President, the Left starts with "We need our own JD Vance", I hope you all know you will be invited to my funeral, as I will laughed my ass to death.

Tucker is kind of a retard. Sorry if this bothers anyone
kind of? Tucker a full grown retard, i just find him amusing and when he does focus on something I think he can be a pretty good at some of the issues. Watch his monologue last night, he was talking about how we should be more focused on Americans and the issues (drug use) we have and not some stupid bullshit in some stupid faggot country that isn't the US.

The first 45 minutes are so is what i mean. he was focused and direct and not drifting into unrelated shit.

Speaking of which, @Fatpacks how are you holding up with the government shutdown? I assume you got told you still had to log in for your once a month shift even if your wages were furloughed. You got enough food? Do you need a care package? You do so much to lift our spirits I couldn't stand if you were going hungry.
I'll start a GoFundMe for our reverse oracle if he confirms that he's going hungry from the shutdown. We can't go on as a thread without his predictions coming false

im one of those Europoors, and i wonder wtf is going on with snap. who is at fault for the shutdown? can the american enlighten me about it? its very mixed online rn, i assume the pro party new outlets spin there "story", and "truth". thank you
Republicans keep offering up funding at prior levels so we can have more time to work out a more comprehensive funding bill and Democrats keep refusing to pass the appropriations bill because they want to give healthcare and benefits to illegals.

The Dems think they'll win this PR fight because every other time a shutdown has happened they've managed to make it look like the Republicans fault. I think the only reason they won't is their grip on the narrative has been completely shattered by social media and right now the Republicans are actually doing a decent job staying on message blaming the Dems for the shutdown.

All discussion of SNAP being shut off has been subsumed by narratives of illegals and niggers abusing the system instead of on the plight of those who legitimately depend on those benefits to eat. Niggers being greedy, ungrateful assholes online loudly declaring they're going to just steal food now is hurting the Dem narrative more than anything the Republicans could do or say to drive it in their favor.

2024 was basically a bloodless coup when /b took over. None of the legacy Uniparty knows and will never know how to deal with /b,

You make it real obvious you haven't lurked long enough. For a long while before USAID was defunded (and trailing off a bit after that), there was a steady stream of fresh accounts that would show up for the sole purpose of demoralizing the community. It was so blatantly obvious that it's either organized ANTIFA faggots or literal glowies wading in here trying to shift or muddle narratives.
You think they stopped? They learned from the initial mistakes, adapted, have changed their tactics from being extremely blunt and obvious to being a little less obvious and more sneaky, following the mantra of "agreeing as far with the right as they can stomach it without sperging out and getting triggered"; still being easily mapped, if one knows what to look for - especially in their choice of terminology and idioms that they simply can't divorce from, as that is the key for every neo-marxist post-structuralist believer; changing language to represent the power structure they wish for. Just a little hint into my current operation - 258 accounts on ignore and their post history scrapped for stylometric comparative analysis. Among them not a just a few post 2020 registered "true and honest"

As plain as i can make it. needs 60 votes to reopen the gov't, republicans only have 52/53 members (dems have like 47-48), so a few dems would have to cross over and vote. (dems fault) BUT, the republicans can change the rules so its a simple majority of 51 (republicans fault for not doing this)

That would make him not a fed, just a snitch. You "ItS tHe gLOw niGGeRs" are a strange bunch.
Here you make fun of people calling out Glow Niggers.

Here you claim that you are so dedicated to fighting glow niggers you have ignored exactly 258 accounts accounts based on them using dog whistles.

Make it make sense.

the brutalist is just a "white people bad" holocaust movie,
I was loosing my mind during it, all white people depicted? bad. All minorities? Good. Gay rape for no reason? Yes.
The Holocaust swaps in a new villain to suit the times. Very flexible story.

Originally, madman Hitler and his henchmen had entranced the Germans and led them to monstrosity. That fit the '60s and '70s, when so many seemingly normal people in the West were enthralled by cults.

Later it broadened: The average German (or Pole) was (and is) a congenital murderer whose nature was expressed in Hitler. He was their libido, their "monster from the id." It was just like the terrifying Reagan landslide that ushered in American fascism (remember?).

Hitler's Willing Executioners pop-academicized the idea. The Painted Bird was an early fictionalization of it. In it, literal nazis are kinder to Jews than the average rural European is (no country named, because it's not just the Germans). The author initially lied and called it an autobiography. As they do.

Now, as seen in The Brutalist, in the latest Ken Burns doc, etc., the Holocaust was done by whiteness—specifically the Allied whiteness that denied some Jews refuge in Britain and America. My grandma got in, and a bunch of famous scientists, and basically every academic Marxist outside of Russia, and etc.—but there was that one boat. So fuck having borders and laws and shit (except for Jews).
