In short, her spin is that she didn't flee Kuwait because she was reported primarily for soliciting illegal donations (and for filming oil fields, which is also illegal), but because some random goy in a Rolls Royce who "works in the internet fucking business or something" told her she needed to watch her language online and in public, and she knew she wouldn't be able to do that.

As I and others have always said, since Chantal is a lifelong liar, you'd think she'd get better at it. But she gets worse. Maybe she doesn't bother putting the effort in because every new batch of beezers is dumber than the last.
