A trillion dollars is a LOT, even for a First World country like South Korea.
Edit: He also gave them permission to build a nuke sub. Not multiple. Just one.

The little infection forms really are the embodiment of the invader. Call it a jeet, a mexican, they are annoying and take over everything once you let them in, and it is very difficult to get rid of them once they grow to critical mass.

The program will expand eventually. It always does. Giving nuclear reactor tech away like that, even for that amount of cash, just don't feel right man.
