with fuentes it seems different. they use him as an enemy bogeyman figure too, but at the same time he seems to get a significant amount of real fans/viewers who agree with him. that's very counterproductive to liberal interests.

I'm not going to defend Asmon because I'm mostly unfamiliar with him, but I am defending/backing your point. 100% all of this.

Too often, especially online, I see "OH FUCK THAT PERSON THEY'RE A GRIFTER" just because they're monetizing opinions and news. Like.....yeah ok, it doesn't mean they're WRONG all the time. Or that some aren't sincere about their opinions. I see this sentiment in so many spaces and it's like, dude, go talk to human beings FFS. I've met IRL, and even have become friends with, people who've been called "grifters" regarding certain things (not political), like C-D level "influencers" and YES they make money doing this shit. But MOST the ones I've met and known, they're sincere. Like they don't shill shit they don't actually like for the most part. I've met some real fake ass shitbags too, and you can tell RIGHT AWAY that's who they are. But some are real and not being totally full of shit. They might sensationalize a little for the clicks, but that's the game. Boo fucking hoo.

It's just this online bitch fest of "Oh they're getting attention and making money and I'M NOT! They must be fake, BUT I'M TOTALLY A REAL NIGGA FUCK THOSE GRIFTERS" like OK dude, sure, you wouldn't take money or attention or whatever, sure OK guy (not you specifically, the hypothetical cry baby.)
 
I had never heard Fuentes talk for so long prior to hearing the Tucker interview, does he always go in and out of that fake radio show voice? He started out sounding like he was reading news on the hour but then more like a real person as tbe show went on. Alex Jones always sounds like Alex Jones, that's how you can tell he's sincere.

I really didn’t watch Charlie but he was more useful than Spic Fuentes because he wasn’t a fed, gay, autistic, and incompetent. Fuentes can become more popular as a commentator but he will never organize as well as Kirk. At best he’s astroturfed at worst he’s an autistic self sabotaging sperg. Mark my words he may become more popular but he will never bring meaningful change in a positive way.

Its very easy, cutting all entitlement programs on a public dime, canceling all quota policies.... What is a vagina or a "minority" going to do, that is in its artificial created position only because they are a way for a private company or a public agency to grift uncovered debt liquidity/ get tax exemptions when the program got cut and not refunded? Standing in front of a building with a sign in its hand screeching about being laid off and getting an article in a yellow press rag that doesn't reach more then 5% of the population? The company or the agency that have to manage its budget doesn't have to give that useless waste of air a job; they did because it was a grift for them that netted them, despite the expenses on a wage, a profit. If that minority or vagina isn't going to result in a profit, the most rational is to boot them.

Aaaaand, the official order granting the preliminary injunction which came down last night on the RIFs case (reductions in force, firings during the shutdown). Forty-seven bullshit pages about how scares and traumatized the union employees are, big bad Orange Man firing people for political retribution, arbitrary and capricious this, unjustifiable bias that, irreparable harm, blah dee fucking blah. I am forced to wonder who actually wrote this for the Clinton-appointed lady judge because listening to her in the hearings shows that he has no clue about any of this shit. In any event, here's the rundown of the actual injunction now in place:

She gave the government a whole week (how generous!) to file an accounting of all the RIFs, and a whole ten days for each defendant organization to file all-new declarations about how they are complying. Like keeping the entire federal government after class to write "I will not be mean to the unions" over and over on the blackboard.

Now, we wait and see if/when the admin will seek a stay from a higher court, as they have repeatedly hinted, quietly, in previous filings. Fingers crossed.
