Republican popularity is going up because they have been going to vote consistently to open up the government, and even went out of their way to make sure the military is being paid, big optical wins.

In fact, I think Johnson is doing the "bring someone taller every meeting" schtick not just as a funny thing, but because it makes people realize "here he is again, waiting for the democrats to open up government." It's this quiet short king play that gets eyes on the real issue, the cowardly dastardly democrats. Trump is travelling making peace and having women swoon over him as he dances away, and the House and Senate are sitting there waiting for the tantrum to end.

This is why the media is going to pivot hard to this gay hurricane hitting Jamaica, play up the humanitarian angle in order to demand government open up because we need to gibs dem jamaicans something, sheeeeeiiiit. Problem is, it's meeting the inevitable fatigue coming of welfare chimpouts with SNAP.

This is why I fine Richard Baris' whinging about Trump's approval to be fake, no one cares Trump is in Asia, no one who is capable of voting republican is actually feeling the pinch or pain, there's no downside to this shit right now. 90% of the people affected are liberals, that's a fair trade off.

Lmao, I got free time today so your getting full attention instead of half like usual.

we are going to work with you and the Ad Homienms cause I want to engage with that you disagree with, accusing me of being drunk or on opiates dosent help facilitate a interesting conversation. (Im rolling on black tar heroin 23/6 so your wrong anyway)

find what part of my statement you disagree most with and formulate a logically sound rebuttal and I promise to engage with it in good faith.
Who is "We?"

I think one our adversaries has developed and is currently perfecting a targeted EMP burst that can disable electronics at extreme range with high precision OR the Avionics of certain airframes has been compromised in one way or another but likely due to the sheer volume of networking equipment coming in from china and one dang fool let in traffic one time that they should not have and boom, whole system is compromised. Think of each air frames computer system as its own version of an Operating System or like Windows 10 vs windows 11 but far far more basic and streamlined for its single purpose.
Do they use something like CANBUS where one tampered device on the network could detect they are near Chinese airspace or a special transmitter and flood the network so that no legitimate traffic can go through?

Black Lesbian Press Secretary looks worse with the white people hair, sheeeeeiiiiit:
I think she looks better with her hair straightened. I'm in the minority, lol, I know. I have no delusions that I think I could 'fix' her.

Life goes on without a hiccup with government shut down.

How to make it permanent.
Have the dems not make any concessions. Allow the RIFs to go through at the 60 day mark.
Though that has never been done. Its all theory. The left will use lawfare to make sure as many of their people stay in power as possible.

Always be skeptical! CNN might be lying here to fuck over conservitards.

Drumfs redirecting tariff funds for those payments probably looked good.
We're told that the government is out of money, but Treasury auctions are still happening. Looks like about $270 billion in new bonds for this week. https://treasurydirect.gov/auctions/upcoming/

I made no comment about it being good or bad, i was just pointing out it wasn't just sodas. Big AG has been doing this sort of shit for a long time, making it harder than it should be for parents to get good stuff for their kids. Blurring those lines is done by shifty fucks.
Not sure what you're talking about. In terms of beverages it's not more difficult to "get the good stuff" for your kids. Buy a big box of red rose or lipton tea bags, heat some water and steep a few bags, then remove them and put it in the fridge. Voila, your kid now has iced tea to drink. Alternatively, give them whole milk or water.

Hasn't changed at all since me, my mom, or her mom were young. There's just a whole bunch of bullshit (soda, vitamin sugar water, sports drinks, out of season juices and concentrate, bottled sweetened teas for 10x what it costs to make at home) that people don't need and aren't healthy.

You want some electrolytes? Skip the Gatorade and salt some watermelon and eat it after you play sports. Eat some pickles with your lunch. Eat some fish and nuts rich in minerals and potassium. Take an Epsom salt bath or footsoak.

You don't need Gatorade, especially since it barely has any electrolytes in it in the first place. It's mostly artificially colored sugar or aspartame water. Same with juice. It's a treat, not food. Way too sugary for kids to regularly consume.

So! She will issue a written order later today, but she immediately, just as I predicted, rules that the unions ARE likely to succeed on the merits, and the Trump admin DID act in an arbitrary and capricious way. She is ordering the preliminary injunction granted. The defendants are enjoined from issuing any more RIF notices because of the shutdown, and from implementing any during the shutdown. The dispute about whether it's related or unrelated to the shutdown might have to have an evidentiary hearing. She'll figure that out later.

The preliminary injunction will not apply to RIF notices that were issued before the shutdown. But the government's request for a stay is denied. She will consider the defense's request regarding the reporting requirements.

The union lawyer has more to say. On an evidentiary hearing, union lawyer bitches about the "during or because of" the shutdown dispute, and wants the reissuance of RIFs to be addressed. The union wants the TRO or preliminary injunction to b e in place to protect any of those potential plaintiffs.

"The preliminary injunction IS in effect as of now."
Minute entry for today's hearing (official written order still to come):

So the allegation is that there are already allocated rainy day funds for this. That should be easy to prove or disprove either way. I can’t screenshot right now but the meat starts at page 21 of the complaint.
The clown world outcome would be that its revealed there was a rainy day fund, but the Biden admin raided it for some program or another back in their day, and it hasn't be refilled since. Not clown world because shitting on Biden admin, but clown world for shoving the coalitions foot in their mouth.

Behold, the meal prep equivalent in the beverage world. Nothing preventing you from sweetening it with your preferred options too. While the processed food industry is fucked, I grow ever more tired of people bitching that the corpo's don't pack a perfect solution for them, for cheap, when they refuse to put in the slightest efforts.

I might be biased on your post though, Tea is great and everyone would be well served by drinking more of it.

If my hypothesis is correct that would be a bandaid on a broken leg, Its not unique "to china" thats the thing about cyberwarefare, you degisn a breathough missle technology, even if your enemy gets the plans they cant build it without figguring out the same breathroughs in manufacting, logistics, aviation ect.

A computer program can be send to anyone, can be replicated infinitely and can never be truly deleted as it falls into the same category as knowledge.

The chinese likely have and will continue to distribute varying levels of their cyberattack software to any nation or group that is an enemy of the united states, turning the power dynamic of any conflict on its head.

I ask all of you, how one earth are the houthis still a thing? how come thats not just a grease spot on the red sea if our military is so "invincible"

Look at the red sea compared to south africa
Bab El Mandib Straight (means the crying cates in English just fyi)

Vs south Africa
1761684096902.png

We sent a whole CSG over there and left in fear 3 f-18s lighter.

The US navy refuses to go back in there beacuse apprently its a miracle we dident lose a ship and now its a stand off between EU and US to police the waters with no one willing to do it, so only chinese or very brave/stupid captains risk the red sea

if you google it they will make it sound like their is a "task force" down there under operation "Prosperity Guardian" (great job guys, marine traffic really reflects the success" a mislead statement at best and outright lie at worst. The CSG sent down for Prosperity gaurdian, the one I did a write up about) went back to port in like apirl or something we have ONE SHIP IN THE AREA
1761684409382.png
Cencom source
they lump in an Egyptian frigate and an old command ship that is relegated to the harbor, thats our "task force" to "guard prosperity"

This is what I mean about calling a spade a spade, I need some of you to have a come to Jesus moment that we got chased away by the Houthis with 3 modern airframes lost and over a billion spend on interceptor missiles without ANY tangible change in the safety of the red sea.

specifically southern-style iced tea, right?

right?

really though, a lot of people have fallen into the propaganda of the literal megacorp level food advertising we have now, and don't even consider just buying the basic ingredients for everything they love and seeing if that ends up being cheaper, even if it does cost more free time. it's worth sacrificing the free time for the benefit of your family.

American ideals like diversity, equity, and inclusion and bad. Everyone should go back to where they came from. The evil Americans have no right to dictate to the native Americans that a Muslim should be the mayor if their great land.
Sure enough, I looked into Mamdani's latest pooshines, and he was indeed lying:
1761684077426.png 1761684191674.jpeg 1761684198918.jpeg
Mamdani has three aunts – two of whom are Hindu (from his mother’s side), making the hijab reference inapplicable, while the only Muslim aunt, according to public records and biographical information, is not known to wear a hijab and has never been a resident of New York City.

Further reporting indicates that during the period in question, his aunt was living in Tanzania. Records show she resided there from January 2000 until at least December 2003, meaning she was not in New York City before, during, or after the 9/11 attacks.
1761684216983.jpeg 1761684225151.png

Having been caught in the lie, he changed his story:
1761684303818.png 1761684325104.png
“I was speaking about my aunt, I was speaking about Zehra Fuhi, my father’s cousin, who sadly passed away a few years ago,” Mamdani told reporters on Monday.

Just as his aunt or father’s cousin or whatever relative cannot be proven not to be in New York during the Muslim terror atrocities is the real victim, his opponent Andrew Cuomo is the real villain:
“And for the takeaway for my more than 10-minute address about Islamophobia in this race and in this city to be the question of my aunt tells you everything about Andrew Cuomo and his inability to reckon with a crisis of his own,” Mamdani said.

Fortunately for Pajeet Mamdani, it doesn’t matter how many truly disgusting lies he is caught in. Leading Democrats like Hakeem Jeffries and Kathy Hochul will continue to line up behind him. All bets are off.

Processed food comes with a convenience fee baked in, because you're paying for the labor or technology put into making your processed slop. If you're on the government dole, the taxpayer shouldn't have to pay for your convenience nor should we be subsidizing processed food with taxpayer money.

Put the tea bag in the pitcher, put the roast in the slow cooker, put the beans in the pot. If you don't want to pay for it, get a job and pay the convenience fee for yourself. Processed food isn't meant to be healthy, it's meant to be easy. If you want easy at the cost of your health, use your own money for it.

Basic necessities on SNAP plus a few healthy luxuries to make them yearn for more - like spices, sugar (for baking etc) and tea/coffee. Nothing more.
It should be slightly miserable and force you to deal with the basics of cooking. It's a necessary skill.

the longer time goes on the more and more I want SNAP restricted to single ingredient items only. People saying it isn't fair and they "deserve" this or that are just fucking spoiled.
