Oversight Committee Releases Report on the Biden Autopen Presidency

The report exposes Biden’s decline, the White House cover-up, and invalid executive actions signed by autopen; Chairman Comer sends referrals to the DOJ and D.C. Board of Medicine

WASHINGTON—Today, the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform released a staff report titled The Biden Autopen Presidency: Decline, Delusion, and Deception in the White House.” The report exposes how President Joe Biden’s top advisors, political operatives, and personal physician concealed the President’s mental and physical decline from the American people. The findings reveal that as President Biden’s condition deteriorated, his aides exercised presidential authority and facilitated executive actions without his direct authorization, including misusing the autopen and failing to properly document decision-making processes.

Following the findings of its investigation, the Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) sent a letter to the U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi requesting the U.S. Department of Justice conduct a comprehensive review of all executive actions taken during the Biden presidency and scrutinize key Biden aides—Dr. Kevin O’Connor, Annie Tomasini, and Anthony Bernal—who pleaded the Fifth Amendment during the investigation. Chairman Comer also sent a letter to the District of Columbia Board of Medicine seeking its review of actions taken by Dr. O’Connor to determine any potential wrongdoing in his medical care of the former president.

“The Biden Autopen Presidency will go down as one of the biggest political scandals in U.S. history. As Americans saw President Biden’s decline with their own eyes, Biden’s inner circle sought to deceive the public, cover-up his decline, and took unauthorized executive actions with the autopen that are now invalid,” said Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.). “Our report reveals how key aides colluded to mislead the public and the extraordinary measures they took to sustain the appearance of presidential authority as Biden’s capacity to function independently diminished. Executive actions performed by Biden White House staff and signed by autopen are null and void. We are calling on the U.S. Department of Justice to conduct a thorough review of these executive actions and scrutinize key Biden aides who took the Fifth to hide their participation in the cover-up. The D.C. Board of Medicine must also review the actions taken by President Biden’s physician to hide his true condition. We have provided Americans with transparency about the Biden Autopen Presidency, and now there must be accountability.”

The report is based on 14 depositions and transcribed interviews with key Biden aides. During the investigation, Oversight Committee Democrats did not consider the question of who was running the country for four years to be worth further inquiry. Democrat Members and staff asked only about 3 hours and 30 minutes’ worth of questions over nearly 47 hours of depositions and transcribed interviews. On average, across the 14 interviews and depositions conducted by the Committee, Democrats spent just 15 minutes questioning each witness.

Below are key findings and recommendations from the report:
  • Biden’s Decline and Cover-Up: The Oversight Committee found substantial evidence that President Joe Biden experienced significant mental and physical decline during his presidency, while senior White House officials actively sought to conceal his deterioration from the public. President Biden’s inner circle, including top advisors and his physician, undertook coordinated efforts to mislead the public regarding his cognitive state, using scripted messaging, restricted access, and tightly controlled appearances. White House staff meticulously controlled President Biden’s daily activities, public appearances, and workload to mask his declining capabilities. This included restricting media access, avoiding unscripted events, and even seeking input from Hollywood figures on presentation strategy. Key advisors, including senior strategist Mike Donilon, stood to gain financially and politically from maintaining President Biden’s candidacy and suppressing evidence of his decline.

  • Gaslighting the American Public over Concerns about Biden’s Debate Performance and Cognitive Decline: Even a year later, President Biden’s former senior circle denies not only that his cognitive decline was on full display in his 2024 debate with President Trump, but that the public was ever even concerned about cognitive decline. In their view, public concern about Biden’s debate performance was about his “bad cold” and more general feelings about potential limitations due to his advanced age.

  • Political Interference in Medical Decisions and Failure of Medical Oversight: Testimony from senior officials, including Jeff Zients and Anita Dunn, revealed that political advisors interfered with decisions regarding President Biden’s medical evaluations, explicitly rejecting calls for cognitive testing to protect his reelection prospects. Dr. Kevin O’Connor, the President’s physician, did not perform a cognitive assessment of President Biden and invoked his Fifth Amendment right when questioned by the Committee. Testimony suggests that Dr. O’Connor’s medical judgments were influenced by political advisors and that his financial ties to the Biden family presented conflicts of interest.

  • Referral of Biden’s Physician to D.C. Board of Medicine: Chairman Comer recommends that the District of Columbia Board of Medicine review the actions taken by Dr. O’Connor while serving as the White House physician to President Biden for any potential wrongdoing in the medical care of the former president—including whether Dr. O’Connor produced false or misleading medical reports to the American people.

  • Exercise of Presidential Authority by Biden Aides, Making Executive Actions Signed by Autopen Invalid: Senior Biden staff exercised presidential authority or facilitated executive actions without direct authorization from President Biden himself, including through misuse of the autopen and failures in documenting decision-making processes. The Oversight Committee found alarming deficiencies in the documentation and custody of the President’s decision binder, including instances where executive actions were executed without written authorization or clear record of the President’s approval. The Committee identified irregularities in the issuance of pardons and commutations during the final days of the Biden presidency, including those involving members of the Biden family, where the autopen was used without confirmed presidential authorization or proper documentation.

  • Referral to DOJ for Review of Executive Actions and Key Aides Involved in the Cover-Up: Chairman Comer is calling on the Department of Justice conduct a comprehensive review of all executive actions taken during the Biden presidency and is referring key Biden aides—Dr. Kevin O’Connor, Annie Tomasini and Anthony Bernal—for further scrutiny after they took the Fifth Amendment during the investigation.

Fuck the french is the default setting for all anglos really
tbf they went broke funding our broke asses, we couldn't really pay them back without giving up the independent country thing.
Mercantilism and its consequences were a disaster for the American people. It set us back some decades behind the British and made us debtors in our struggle for independence.
NO WAIT - "Upper Canada".
Lesser Canuckia
This whole gov shutdown thing is very retarded. Not because niggers won't be getting muh gibbs, but because government institutions are seriously pointing the finger and going 'nuh-uh, not my fault, it's team blue that is at fault'.
Just post/present the results of the votes, reasons which were given for why it was voted as such. Is there no record of these things, like a clear record - D rep. N voted 'NAY' on this and that, stated reason 'i am cattle'.
Is this just not done? I understand this is retard world, but to what extent.
how do you know so very little about the government and the procedures of the congress nigga watch some cspan
I have a quick question, why is that Americans are more ready and willing to distrust their government than the British? Is it a cultural thing?
This is literally what the culture of liberal government is and means, it means mistrusting the government to the point where even the people in the government mistrust the government and set firm limits on what they can do when they, out of necessity, make the government. They set it up to constantly be falling in on itself with infighting and branches jockeying for supremacy, guided largely by the wisdom of the people, such as it is. The crowd may be retarded, but inbred military aristocracies are provably more retarded.
Neck tattoo? Are you sure he's nice? And white?
You do know most whites are gross right? Fat, tattoos, rotten minds, or piercings.

(It was a conservative female rabbi and conservative synagogue that chose trannies over healthy families. So, I’m not so sure conservative synagogues are in the middle anymore. They’re just reform with different music now from my untrained eyes.)
You're not wrong. I consider myself "old school conservative" (which is a made up title but will make sense in a second). The conservative movement is a uniquely American invention from a unique period. Most of the people who joined it were either Ashkenazi Jewish immigrants from Europe or their children or their grandchildren (so say around around 1895 to say 1995). These were Jews who back in the old country were what we would consider Orthodox (if you've ever seen the movie fiddler on the roof that shetel life, which the Nazis completely destroyed is sort of what was very common amongst the ashkenazm was very common amongst the Ashkenazi Jews (obviously fiddler on the roof is a musical but I'm talking broadstrokes here).

So when these immigrants who escaped either the progroms of tsarist, Russia, general anti-Semitism of Europe or later on the Holocaust, came to the United States. They wanted to do away with more of the cultural "old country ways of thinking" but still keep the religious aspect of it. I'll give a quick personal example. One of my relatives when they came over, her family were all what we would consider. Orthodox Jews, however, when she came to America she married a Jewish man and could not stand that she could not sit next to her husband in the synagogue despite being married. (Orthodox Jewish thought says men and women should be separate from each in the synagogue, but not in the Muslim sense more in the modesty, keeping your focus on God's sense) .. So she joined a conservative synagogue where they kept kosher, the rabbi was a man, the liturgy was done in Hebrew, the religious customs and traditions were the same, but some things were a little different. Whereas Orthodox Jews sought to separate themselves from society, Jews who sought to integrate themselves into American society but keep their religious and cultural identities secondary to their American identities became conservative Jews. However, time is marched on and that just doesn't exist anymore.

So in old school, conservative would look like a very liberal modern Orthodox Jew.

To translate this to our gentile friends on this site. (This is very broad strokes. Just take the framework. Not the inner meaning here):

Imagine Judaism as Catholicism. Big institution. Lot of rules. Lot of ceremony, some of it is liturgical. Some of it is traditional. It changes from place to place depending on what church you're part of (assuming they all are in communion with each other), but the broad strokes are the same. The reform movement would be similar to Early anglicanism/conservative anglicans (the ones that split). (?), or maybe protestantism. Everything can be reevaluated. It's more about the spirit of the law. We need to embrace the enlightenment. That sort of stuff (I'm not good with the minutiae of the church here).

Conservative Jews would be similar to your modern post Vatican 2 Catholics. Liberal but still keeping with the church traditions and the goal of the church. Modern Orthodox Jews (kippah wearing ones who dress normal otherwise) would be closer to your Catholics that either reject Vatican II or insist on using Latin in mass and that sort of stuff. Your Hasidic Jews ( Black hat stereotypical Orthodox Jews the kind that everyone likes to make fun of) would be closer to your Spanish grandmother. Highly religious, highly superstitious highly spiritual type.

They're all Jews but they all approach it differently. The problem with the reform movement is that it gets so liberal and has gotten so liberal that it falls "out of communion" and just doesn't become Judaism at all. The reconstructionists are your unitarians/ modern Church of englanders. Modern Anglican church members. At some point it stops being the religion.

As for the Israel Zionism part of Judaism. The idea of Zionism (simply that Jews should have their own country back and should rule themselves in their own country separate from other people in their holy Land that God gave them in the Levant). Is directly tied to the faith. You can interpret it as much as you want. What defines it? What kind of government it should be? Should we build it before or after the Messiah comes?, etc etc. but if you reject the Jewish Homeland you are not a Jew. In some ways you're closer to being a Christian (because doesn't Christianity state that the temple is no longer needed because Jesus was the ultimate sacrifice etc etc etc).

This would be like saying you're a Catholic but you don't accept the Trinity. You can't. It's foundational to the faith. You'll have Catholics that say one could be a homosexual and accept the sacrament and you have Catholics that say all homosexuals need to be killed. But at the end of the day they all accept the Trinity.

These are people who are "playing Judaism". They dress up in the " costume" of the faith but don't really believe in its tenants. They are "pop Jews" as I like to call them. The issue with the reform and the reconstructionists and whatever fucking type that tranny is now, is that Judy isn't doesn't have a central authority. We are " self-governing" in many ways. And the Holocaust show that when you go against the " self-governance" you open yourself up to just being killed by gentiles. So many reform Jews are very politically liberal the problem is that when you're politically liberal you're also in bed with dsa twitter types. And many people who have good intentions end up empowering these crazies.

@Catch The Rainbow is better at clarifying things.

Sorry for the sperging hope it is informative.

The Biden autopen thing is deliberately badly timed.

The correct move would have been to release it after Biden was dead or fully incapacitated so he couldn't try to refute it, in my estimation.

What? No it's better now. If they cart him out to testify that he signed those documents it will make it very clear that he in fact did not sign them.

Heck if he has enough of his faculties left he'll be bitter enough to testify that he did not actually sign those documents.

i disagree, if only because it would have also given the same ammunition to the left to say NO ACTUALLY HE DIDN'T DO THAT, AND NOW THAT HE'S DEAD YOU CAN'T PROVE HE DIDN'T KNOW ANY OF IT.

with his brain as wormed up as it is, and him on all these chemo drugs for his incredibly progressed cancer, i would not be surprised if he was incapable of actually answering these sorts of questions accurately now. this might be the BEST time to have released it, during the short window where he is completely incapable of forming an articulate defense against it. whether that's moral or not, i think might just be irrelevant anymore. it's not like the left would give anyone on the right that sort of understanding anyway.

He can't though. Jill can continue to pay spin doctors to try and refute it for him via the media, but even if he weren't being treated for cancer, he couldn't possibly disprove his mushbrain. Jill would never allow him to sit for independent mental acuity testing, and even if he did somehow get any kind of testing done without any of the drugs and prompters he had surrounding him in the White House, it would only prove what a zombie he truly is and has been. It would be amazing if they tried to "refute" these reports, because they literally cannot do so without revealing even worse things we never found out.

Yeah, I am sure Trump has lots of hard evidence, but Biden going "Yeah, I told them to do it" will needlessly complicate things. Unless Biden is absolutely checked out now and would be unable to testify. It has been a year since the debate, and his mental decline would have only gotten worse in the meantime. Wheeling out a demented retard to defend himself against accusations that he is a demented retard will surely work out in the Biden's admin's favor.
