Looking at the crepe paper texture of her inner thighs etc, I’m guessing the testosterone has been contributing to some weight loss. Which makes things extra wrinkly and saggy. She’d be experiencing atrophy of the labia and vagina as a side effect as well, So in addition to the weight loss, the fupa and everything below are shriveling.

Except the clitoris. She’s got “T-dick” growth, so it protrudes from the hood.

I’m pretty sure that’s a box from Huggies Natural Care fragrance free wipes. None of the diapers come in a box with that design, and Huggies largest diaper size is 8, for >46 lbs. The girls are both way too big for those and are most likely fully toilet-trained. It’s probably an old box that she used to move and now uses to store her unwashed sex toys and other disgusting things.

Oh thank fuck. I honestly don't understand how anyone can be over 35, married with kids, and STILL do this gender shit, but what do I know. Wonder if Jerry put his foot down once she started doing testosterone and getting even nastier (you wouldn't have thought that possible but here we are). As her kids became older, she abandoned any role as a mother and transformed into a self-obsessed tranny for attention and disgusting sex. She gets high and putters around all day being disgusting despite nominally being a stay at home mother.
 
Let’s not forget that she was too lazy to get up, feed and dress the girls then take them to school everyday so pulled them out. Only enrolled them again when one was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes after a DKA hospitalisation, so it was easier to send her back to school and let the school nurse deal with it than have to take responsibility for her child 24/7.

  • "Parented" both her children so badly that they're pretty literally feral and very overweight. One is Type I diabetic.
