I assume they are waiting for this judge to actually order the preliminary injunction (which she is absolutely, positively, 100% guaranteed to do immediately at the conclusion of Tuesday's hearing, she won't even need to pause and think about it) before the government petitions SCOTUS for a stay.

Alpha gal isn’t known to be a bioweapon, but Lyme disease almost certainly is. The US biological warfare center on plum island is right across the bay from Lyme Connecticut where the disease was discovered.

The government has never claimed responsibility but it has been released via FOIA that plum island was working on tick carried diseases for use against the USSR with the goal of destroying their livestock herds

Out in rural areas, you'll see lots with 5 or more RV's that they rent out. The renters seem to do construction, gig work, disability and other gibs. They mostly look mexican and middle-eastern, but some there's also white-ish men who have fallen off the economic ladder.

Assuming that they're reporting every boat they blow on up Xitter, the Trump admin has only nuked somewhere around 10 or so in the span of, what, 1-2 months? There's no way that this accounts for even 10% of the drug traffic in the area. I feel like they're probably only blowing up the boats that they have 100% certainty (from CIA spooks on the ground giving visuals or personally loading the drugs) are drug boats - in which case it wouldn't really matter if they were flying a flag, they still have plenty of evidence otherwise.

I was thinking about the liberal reaction to the Whitehouse ballroom and I had some thoughts.
In the first place I think they are sincere in their frustration. While it might seem strange to see liberals defending tradition, if you view it from the perspective of defending the status quo it makes more sense. They know intuitively that Trump is trying to transform the country fundamentally, so they view any changes he makes as an extension of that.
But most notably, I think on a subconscious level they are afraid that Trump might actually build something beautiful and iconic, instead of something ugly and gaudy like he usually builds. Think about it. In their minds, the whole Trump thing is one ugly episode that they hope to erase by the next election. That is why they talk about arresting Trump's people after they lose power. I think they want the ballroom to be hideous so that it will be easy for them to destroy it. But if it is beautiful, there will be a lot of cognitive dissonance there. Furthermore, if it is, they will be reminded of Donnie every time they see a picture of the Whitehouse
