I agree about it being a bonding (and healing) experience for people posting funny memes under his posts but I dont think the majority are doing it for attention. They are doing it because it's hilarious fo make a leftist faggot seethe so hard over a very harmless meme. The people saying he should have just rolled with it are right. The meme isn't funny without the seethe.

Edit: This is still steam being let off from Twitters pervious authoritarian censorship. It's the natural occurance of supression which is why null is right to say the best weapon against these people is laughter.

Honestly, the best thing about the Will Stancil show is that its probably the best recent piece of truly old school Newgrounds. That being a class act in the genre of "media who's sole purpose is to rag on an individual/group thats annoying online" (see: Oney's FRED or various beat up celebrity games). People are generally correct when they say that AI is incapable of creativity on its own.
But it is an incredibly powerful tool to assist in the creative process, and Emily isn't even the first person to do genuinely artistic things with AI.
And for people who point out the jankiness of AI animation, at first glance it's almost on par with 1980s American cartoons (that were mostly drawn in Korean sweatshops).

It's a direct consequence of these kinds of generic smug and usually tubby faggots being propped up as the heccin' gud guys representing the Right Side of History by the entire mainstream media and pop culture apparatus since at least Obama's first term. I'd basically consider myself apolitical (in that I think it's all bullshit always has been bullshit and will always be bullshit at the end of the day) but the sheer audacity of the whole failed social engineering exercise that has been the existence and promotion of these kinds of niggers is enough to make you think "maybe that Hitler guy had some good ideas after all" out of spite if nothing else.
