Silwa has a 1% chance of winning but it requires being the tie breaker between Mandami and Cuomo and the race being fucking tight

From the polls, Cuomo has no chance unless every Sliwa and undecided voter votes for him which isn’t going to happen because he’s a radical left lunatic who is indistinguishable from Mamdani except on foreign policy (which is irrelevant for a mayor).

Sliwa has a path to victory if Cuomo drops out by winning undecided and anti-Mamdani voters (since no one is actually pro-Cuomo).

That is why Cuomo should drop out and endorse Sliwa.

Sure it does. The USD is king or at least was back then and can be traded anywhere on Earth. A sudden supply of physical USD on some shithole island in the Pacific and whatever seashell medium of trade they used loses all value as people will trade an ever larger amount of them for a greenback. Instant hyperinflation in the local currency.

As for the black market some Private in 1970 Thailand could take his meager paycheck in USD and buy about 10 tons of heroin to smuggle and resale back home. This happened a lot as it turns out.

MPC's were useless to the locals.
 
Yes, lets dump more money into education. its not like places that a dump ton of money into education see worse results than those that don't.
