I'm really taken by the Baba Yaga pics. I can't stop zooming in on the details. The lil crusty butthole mouth. The hairy double chin. The lopsided nose contour (?). The unfortunate camera angles. Whatever the fuck is going on with the rest of it.

I'm always in awe of the face blindness some people have when it comes to proudly displaying crusty, dusty makeup. Tutorials are plentiful and free. Get a q tip, some makeup remover and you're set. A little practice goes a long way.

That said, Steph please wear this look for a public drumming video. I'd find that really brave and inspirational.

She’d still be fat and ugly but a higher angle and a skin smoothing filter would make her look a lot better.

I bet Stephanie isn't supporting their hind legs enough--or worse, she's trying to carry them like a baby. Cats feel safer when they know they can push off and rocket out of your arms, if they need to. If you're holding them in a sitting position, you get to hug the cat and the cat gets to enjoy a superior vantage point, while still knowing it has an exit. Some cats will let you hold them like a baby, but that shouldn't be the first position you try; that's like petting a cat's tummy on the first date.

I was telling my mom that I've been pretty lucky as far as cats go: I like to hug a good cat, and every cat I've owned is the kind that lets you pick them up and hug them. My mom corrected me, "every cat you own gets used to being picked up and hugged."

I like to think that's a compliment to my tenacity.

Silicone Scandi is my personal fave, like how a Plastic Paddy is someone who LARPs as Irish (like Staph did at one point, the fake accent typing was at least funny), though I've heard Norseaboo and Scandiboo used too.

And I think it was pointed out before too but she calls her "Sigyn Lokidottir", no S, when it's supposed to be Lokadottir according to old Norse grammar IIRC, but we all know Staph's track record with languages ever since she used Google Translate Spanish while pretending to be Rick Ramirez. Then her broken German when she was obsessed with Rammstein and doing covers. Duolingo ain't great, but it'd give her something to do at least, and it's miles above auto translating phrases she thinks are a sick burn to the haters.

I love that we have advanced to her getting new phases permanently etched on her skin. Thank God she hasn't had the poor taste to get a Jeffrey Dahmer tattoo yet, though given that she just got a mansplain-swastika in a very visible location I fear it's just a matter of time.

Also, this may not be my area of expertise because I was not an Edgy Girl TM in my depressed teenage years, but I also have marks like that on my arms. They come from our childhood cat.

This might be an unpopular opinion.... I know that some cultures/religions used the swastika before the Nazis did, and I think that they should be allowed to use it without being called Nazis. But that said, I think that the usage needs to be limited to people who were born and raised in that culture - not poncy white people who decided that they want to be Buddhists or Vikings or whatever.

Yes, I know that the Nazi swastika and the Hindu/"spiritual" swastika are different. Do I think that's a good enough excuse to slap the non-Hitler one all over the place if you have nothing to do with the culture it was appropriated from? No.

This new swastika tattoo seriously proves how sick Staph really is. In her perpetual quest for getting people to bully her, she has now permanently marked herself with a symbol that means something absolutely reprehensible to 99.9% of people. Viking symbols in general have a massive "white power" connotation to people in the know - "I've been really interested in Viking culture for like a year and I want to have spirit sex with Loki" does not give her a pass. She should have just gone ahead and tattooed 88 on herself too. I really hope that she faces some real-world consequence for having marked herself with this shit.

I'll be amused yet completely unsurprised if she gets one related to her made up gender, like "BXY" in big, bold, possibly rune inspired letters. Better yet if some totally un-masculine flourish like a dainty flower (like the yarrow flower she already has in her Loki tattoo) or a butterfly or crystal is part of it.

Those tattoos look like shit by the way. That isn’t a good job. How the fuck do you fuck up straight lines so badly? They’re not straight, and they’re gonna blow out so badly within a few years.

You can see where the “artist” has gone too deep in multiple places. I’ve seen scratchers with better technique.

I do love her constant doubling down on the swastikas though. She knows exactly what she’s doing and is doing it to provoke a response out of people because she thrives on conflict to the point she’ll permanently mark her body to get it.
The minute someone calls her out she’s going to go on some massive rant about how things only mean things if you let them mean them and then turn around and get offended when someone calls her a fat spastic.
 
Everyone knows that the swastika had/has many other uses besides the Nazis. The Nazis choose it because it was already associated with so many good things.

But language and symbols change over time. Swastikas are burned as a symbol, and will be until people have effectively forgotten Nazism.

It's just the way it is. We don't calm hospitals sanitoriums anymore. We don't call panic disorders "hysteria" anymore. We don't (usually) call Marijuana "reefer" anymore. You could try to reclaim all those words, but who cares? What difference would it make? Language is going to keep evolving anyway. It's the same with symbols.

It's a very weird thing to fixate on. And honestly, if one of your pet issues is that you wish people didn't hate swastikas so much, that tells me you have no real problems in your life.

Yeah, I think that what it comes down to is that all the intent and explanation in the world won't typically matter compared to the knee-jerk reaction from someone's ten seconds read. This is a particularly awkward one because most people recognize that this is a veeeeeery touchy symbol to have inked indelibly on their body and have to constantly explain, so the only people who do are... well. You know. Stapphy just doesn't have that comprehension that most people won't come up and ask for the ten minute backstory of her symbol.

It's kind of like her constantly grandstanding about the different minutiae of pedophiles; the average person isn't going to care whether UM ACKSHOOALLY it's ephebophilia if they're 13 or ACKSHOOALLY they're non contact so they just crank their hog to two terabytes of violent cp, or ACKSHOOALLY it's called 'loli' and it's just a picture so-

Hence my stance that once again, I totally want to see Boxysplaining Stapphy and the 'punch a nazi, no questions asked' crowd end up shoulder to shoulder at a protest. She'd learn nothing, but as in all other aspects of life she could serve as a cautionary tale.

People getting a brand new swastika tattoo in 2025: looking to prove something. Big WP dude with all his big WP friends is looking for trouble recreationally; forever alone noodle-armed grandma Stephanie is writing this check without the "spoons" to redeem it.

Yeah, if I see someone with a swastika or swastika-appearing tattoo, I'm going to cross the street and avoid eye contact. That particular symbol is shorthand for "avoid at all costs." Fortunately for Stephanie, her entire appearance is telegraphing AVOID AVOID AVOID, so maybe the tattoo will get lost in the noise. I can confidently say that I've never struck up a conversation with someone about the deeper symbolism of their swastika tattoo.

She should definitely make sure it's showing if she gets an interview for that new LGBTQ-friendly apartment complex, though. Maybe they have an unwashed skinhead genderblob quota to fill.

Unless they have literally nothing else to out in there, I can't imagine they would. This doesn't really show off anything technically or creatively, other than maybe the ability to do a straight line.

You know, plus the other obvious reason. As an artist you take even the cringe work if the money is good, but that doesn't mean you put it in your portfolio unless you're kind of desperate. If she WAS desperate, she could put the other one instead.

I've heard that some tattoo artists will cover up swastikas for free. I REALLY hope that if Staph realizes the gravity of what she's done, she doesn't think herself entitled to such services. Failing that, I hope a coverup artist charges her double.
