It’s almost like the former is female and the latter is not.

Some other thoughts:
  • If this gay guy is so ugly, why did she hit on him? Someone beat me to this point.
  • She says she hopes he can never afford rent, but what if he’s a homeowner? This makes me think that she’s the one worrying about rent.
  • She says “gay” like an insult while identifying as a gay man. “Gay, ugly, and transphobic” being grouped together implies she thinks gays are equally bad as ugly people and transphobes.
  • She perpetuates the lie that gay people owe trannies. This is based on the lie that all gay rights activism started at Stonewall, the lie that Malcolm “Marsha P.” Johnson was a tranny and not a drag queen, that Johnson was the instigator and not a latecomer, etc. Even if these things were true, it’s absurd to think that gay people who weren’t alive in the 70s owe trannies a debt in perpetuity.
Imagine if a woman rejected a man and he starts blathering about how men like him died in WW2 so she owes him some pussy. And the guy’s family immigrated to America in the ‘60s. That’s the level of stupid we’re talking here.

The famous Norm MacDonald bit about everybody dying (archive) was about this case. Norm was aware that Teena Brandon was a rapist killed by other rapists. No you don't understand the entire community movement would have fallen apart if a nonexistent portion of that community didn't exist. Gays and lesbians are responsible for gay rights. They think it's like Hitler and going back and removing one person would have some massive change instead of it being negligible. Thousands upon thousands of people wanted this but only one of them actually mattered. It's incredibly telling that they saw drag queens and transexuals and said yep that's me, those people doing it for sexual reasons, yea that's who I identify with.

This never happens, though, and the fact that it (allegedly) did speaks volumes. In most cases, a recruiter will simply pitch a rejected résumé without a second thought- nothing personal behind it. Most people don’t even hear a single thing back from 99% of the 20+ one-click applications they send via Indeed on a typical day. For the company to actually reach out to this dumbass and suggest edits, it suggests sympathy (very uncommon in the world of business). As in, “holy fucking shit, this is so unbelievably terrible that it’s going to be rejected 100% of the time, no joke. Dude won’t even be able to land a garbage collecting gig with this. For fuck’s sake, he’s probably too retarded to even see how bad this looks from a recruiter’s standpoint, and probably never got any feedback.
