The 13 year-old girl took actions appropriate to a slut. However, she also happens to be a 13 year-old girl being preyed upon by a man five times her age who either coerced or manipulated her into those actions. Sick predatory behavior, and my only complaint about the response to it is that he didn’t suffer more when her father killed him, as he was bundling her into his truck to rape her, to then either leave her lifeless body in a ditch or field somewhere, or start singing “Christmas Kids”. It’s up to you which outcome is worse.

Ness, the kid isn’t a slut, she’s someone a predator protected by the powers that be was expressly enabled to rape her with impunity. She was subject to something she cannot truly comprehend, by a sick fuck who has God knows how many other victims. If my pre-pubescent child is dressing or acting like a slut, someone is preying upon her, and if that someone is protected by the judicial mafia, there is only one way I will ever get justice.

Sexual assault may be the worst thing you can do. Murder is objectively worse, but murder leaves behind a body, and rape is not nearly as simple with the evidence.
