I'm assuming a bunch of people were banned for thirst-posting, which seems the most stringently enforced in Beauty Parlour because it just turns into a very silly rout of subjective arguments, especially between the sexes.

I think it's also inevitable that there are people who pop up every now and then who will try and fuck up the thread, not even necessarily by praising or defending Anisa. We have multiple sources saying that public conversation about her is literally all she thinks about, we just have to be a bit more savvy about falling for bait. But there are just some people willing to test the hivemind hypothesis. People who think she's attractive shouldn't be silenced if they have a point to make about it - people have done it before to highlight the fact that she's misspent whatever physical qualities she had (or had bought for her) on chasing her faddish, incorporeal dream of Internet stardom.
